Ales are fermented at higher temperatures, usually around 60-70 degrees. This will cause the yeast to grow more quickly, producing fruity and/or spicy flavors in the beer. ~Basket of french fries 2.50 Lagers are fermented at cooler temperatures than ales, ~ basket of Sweet potato fries 3.50 *Sweet potato fries may be substituted for our Haus’ fries for just a dollar more. often between 34 and 50 degrees and for one to three months. This slow, cool fermentation gives lagers a smooth, more mellow taste. Sommerzeit Hefe Weizen; This year round brew is a light bodied, unfiltered wheat beer with fruity and clove-like flavors.
