Maskon is part of the LT group, which has turnover of
approx. NOK 700 million from operations in the food,
fishing, feed and pharmaceutical industries, as well as other
industries. This means that the company has access to a wide
range of products and expertise for unusual or large/
particularly demanding projects and pharmaceutical

Maskon as was established in 1991 and are located in
Stjørdal, near Trondheim in the middle of Norway. The
company has 20 employees across all the disciplines
required for a strong company engaged in development and
manufacturing. Maskon has many years of experience in
the advanced camera based technologies used in machines
with a need for high speed quality inspection and in bespoke
automated systems with industrial robots or other specialised
requirements. In the last 8 years, Maskon has become more
focused on the many exciting challenges to be found in the
aquaculture industry.
Maskon are well known for working on challenging solutions
and forming a close relationship with their end customer.
We are acknowledged as having an expertise and skill set
which can be focused on providing our client with the best
product for their needs.
Our latest product, our vaccination machine, is a result of
working closely with our partners, Marine Harvest, Salmar
and Inovasjon Norge, to develop and deliver a machine which
is a world beater in design, capacity and engineering.

grading after vaccination based on up to 5 weight categories.
• A fully modular system, customised to each individual
installation. The basic machine VX4 consists of 4 injection units
with a capacity of approx.10,000 fish/hour. The VX8 has 8
injection units with a capacity of approx. 20,000 fish/hour.
