If we host a “Major” NEWGA Event, FVGC Members can play NEWGA courses
for just a cart fee.
WISCONSIN COUNTRY CLUBS ASSOCIATION (WCCA):
If we host a “Major” NEWGA Event or a WSGA State event, we may contact WCCA
courses for an opportunity to play for a cart fee. Additionally, WCCA Reciprocal Week in

courses across the United States, so as you travel during the winter months, on business
or on vacation, you have access to some of the top private courses across the U.S. FVGC
members can schedule tee times at more than 450 private clubs, with new clubs being
added each month. This is a free membership service for all FVGC Members.

Frequently Asked Questions
Daily Play Guidelines/Hours of Operation:
Monday: Open Play for all Members. Course opens at 11 a.m.
Tuesday: Open Play for all Members.
Wednesday: Ladies’ Day. Men and Student Members may tee off before 11 a.m. and after 4 p.m. Limited
Senior Members may tee off before 11 a.m.
Thursday: Men’s Day. Ladies, Limited Seniors and Student Members may tee off before 11 a.m.
Friday: Open Play for all Members.
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays: Open Play for Individual and Family Members. Students may tee off after 10:30
a.m. Limited Senior Members may not play, except on holidays that fall on weekdays.
Opening and closing time for the course is seasonally adjusted. Generally, the course opens during the
summer months at 7:30 a.m. on Weekdays and 7:00 a.m. on Weekends/Holidays.
Dress Guidelines:
The Dress Code at The Fox is Casual Golf Attire, including:
• Shirts with collars must be worn (golf mocks are acceptable). T-shirts do not meet the Dress Code.
• Casual pants or shorts. Clean, unripped jeans are allowed during the colder months of early spring and late
fall, however, casual pants are recommended.
• Cut-off shorts , sweat clothing, halter tops, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts and shorts above mid thigh are not
considered acceptable attire.
Guest Policy:
Guests may play Fox Valley Golf Club up to 5 times in a calendar year. Guests may play the course a
maximum of three (3) times using complimentary guest passes.
Pace of Play:
• Generally, pace of play for 18 holes at The Fox is around 4 hours, a little longer on Men’s and Ladies Day, a
bit less during off-peak times.
• The key to keeping a comfortable and acceptable pace of play is to keep pace with the group ahead of you.
• If the group behind you is playing at a faster pace of play than your group, exercise good golf etiquette and let
the group behind play through. It will result in a more comfortable and enjoyable round for all players.

Power Carts:
• The “90-Degree Rule” is in effect at all times at The Fox: Keep Carts in the Rough and only cross Fairways at
90 degree angles to get to your ball.
• Follow the “30-20-10 Guidelines” at all times—Please Keep Carts:
- 30 feet from all Greens
- 20 feet from all Bunkers.
- 10 feet from all Mounds.
• Power carts should never travel between a green side bunker and a green.tomorrow.
Tee Time Reservations:
Tee time reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance by calling the Golf Shop at
(920) 766-1340. Members and Guests with tee time reservations will have the right to the tee ahead of those
who do not make reservations.
