A second-generation Tampa real estate professional, Ryan takes great pride in brokering land deals that lead to future development and positive growth within his community. “One day I can look back and say, I did that,” Ryan explained about his many closings, including his award-winning deal for a stunning waterfront site less than a mile from his childhood home. Soon after graduation from the real estate school within the College of Business at Florida State University, Ryan excelled and achieved, as one of the youngest brokers in the nation, both his ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. Both Real Estate Florida and Realtor Magazine separately named Ryan as one of their “30 Under 30” winners for 2008. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in the acquisition and sale of more than $200 million in real estate assets. He started his career in real estate in 2006 as a sales associate with the Ross Realty Group where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Chris joined Paradise Ventures (fka Paradise Development Group) in 2007 as Director of Disposition where he was responsible for the sale of grocery-anchored shopping centers, retail outparcels, and build-to-suit retail properties. In addition, Chris assisted in the acquisition of existing retail properties and development projects. Chris Bowers, CCIM With this deep background in development, Chris has first-hand knowledge of what buyers and sellers look for in land transactions. A second-generation real estate professional, Chris says being involved in deals that make a positive impact on a community’s growth is what gives him the greatest sense of pride. He graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Licensed Real Estate BrokerAssociate in Florida. Jack is a second-generation real estate professional. Previously, Jack was a financial analyst with Sage Partners, LLC, a tax credit developer in the Tampa Bay area, whose principals have developed over 12,000 affordable housing units. Jack was involved in operations analysis, reporting to equity partners and lenders as well as rent comparability studies and loan refinancing. He also has experience in construction as an Assistant Superintendent with First Florida Building Corporation. Jack Koehler Michael Strahan, MAB – Michael graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Operations Management and a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness. Michael is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and a 4th generation Floridian and resident of Tampa. Michael began his post-graduate work with Rainbow Flowers Imports. Beginning as an intern, he worked his way to the top of the company and within two years was running the day-to-day operations. Once in charge, sales grew 12% annually until his departure.
