Sale of the Business and Real Estate at 321 Main Street,

Wellfleet, MA – On May 19, 2014 the closing was held for the sale
of the business “The Secret Garden” and the real estate at 321
Main Street, a busy bicycle shop on the bike trail in the center of
Orleans.
Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover Commercial – Orleans (508240-0334) represented the buyer, Laxmi Venkateshwaran, and
Nick Brown of Thomas Brown Real Estate in Wellfleet
represented the sellers, Lorraine and Marty Rosenbaum. The
selling price was $395,000. The buyer plans to move her existing
business in town to the property. Financing was arranged by
Charlie DeSimone of the Bank of Cape Cod.
