Our three-week Xerox Certified Operator Training
for the iGen family of presses is geared towards
superb image quality and uptime
Today’s digital press operators must be skilled in software applications,
troubleshooting, problem solving, and advanced press maintenance.
Xerox Certified Operator Training for the iGen family of presses is a threeweek course that begins with one week of dedicated, focused training in a
Xerox Training Center. The final 2 weeks are completed at your site with
a Xerox SmartPress Production Consultant (SPPC).
By combining off-site and on-site training, your operators will get
the most out of their 3-week training experience. SPPC’s will train your
operators on the systems that manage the iGen press, troubleshooting
skills that will help them identify and solve issues, and maintenance
activities needed to maintain the press. These skills will guide them
to self-sufficiency, which will lead to increased uptime with high
quality output.
Who is your SPPC?
