Prices shown are for orders of 9 or more. FOR ORDERS UP TO 8 PLEASE ADD $25.00 TO THE
PRICE.
Prices shown are for the ROBE SYTLE listed.
Any style variation has to be approved by the COMPANY. If approved, there will be a special quotation
made.
For Chest Sizes over 54” and up to 58” or 6’6” in height, special tailoring is required; 20% will apply
to these sizes. Over 58” in Chest Size please call for quote. The company reserves the right to special
quote on certain size requirements.
Prices for Baptismal Robes are based on individual units.
Stoles and Tunics made of light colored or light weight fabric used as reversible colors may require
interlining. Additional charges for this service are listed under pricing of Stoles and Tunics.
Delivery:
Delivery of Custom Choir Gowns & Stoles might vary depending on church seasons or holidays. Delivery schedule
will begin when all information and measurements requested on the order form or from Customer Service
Representatives are complete. Transportation charges are not included. If undeliverable, orders will not be held for
more than ninety days. The down payment will be retained to help defray additional handling and selling expenses.

Prices may change without notice. Because of Market Conditions prices may have to be unavoidably changed or a certain fabric or color
might not be available temporarily. It is difficult to match dye lots from one period of time to another, therefore, we suggest that you place
your entire order at one time or order a few extra gowns in Standard sizes so that the additions to your choir will have matching shades of
fabric.

OF THE ORIGINAL GOWNS. THIS WILL ENABLE US TO DETERMINE THE SHADE THAT YOU REQUIRE,

Size Limits: Our Children’s Gowns are designed for children up to 5’0, 115 lbs and up to 34” chest.
Closures: The Sprite, Skylark and Sunbeam have a Velcro closure on back of gown at the center shoulder.
Other gowns have front zipper.

Semi – Custom Options: Some of our styles may be adapted to different sleeve ends, bands, cording or back
stoles. If one or more of these options are desired, the option MUST be used on the entire order. A sample gown
will be submitted for approval before manufacturing will start.

ABBOTT HALL EMBROIDERY
Abbott Hall has been a leader in Church embroideries over FIFTY years. Our computerized embroidery
machines or individual artisans will provide your choir with the finest embroidery available. Many of our
symbols are done with special outlines including second and third colors. This gives Abbott Hall embroidered
gowns a unique distinction. Please indicate all colors of embroideries desired. Illustrated on the price list are
three different styles of lettering, religious designs and musical symbols as well as denominational emblems.
Please be sure to indicate the color or colors and location of embroideries on easy-to-use diagram of Abbott Hall
order form. We recommend all gowns be embroidered with the same letters and choice of colors within the same
group. If you wish to change embroidered letters, symbols or colors all changes must be completely specified and
the less than 9 price will apply to such items unless there are 9 or more of a kind. Your special symbol or other
denominational emblems not shown below may be created for your choir. We can recreate your symbol or
emblem from a sample or camera ready art. Our computer aided digitizing system creates the embroidery
program to stitch an actual sample for your approval for a one time charge of $95.00.
The Company reserves the right to make a special quote on digitizing multi-color, large, elaborate designs.
We will determine the size of the embroidery depending on the space available and size of the yoke or stole.
Standard yoke or stole sizes normal embroidery is 3 to 4 inches. Tunic standard size embroidery is 6 to 7
inches.

Care and Handling:
The Care and Handling of your Choir Apparel is very important to the look and life of the
garment. The Company carefully inspects presses and folds your apparel for shipment. Upon
arrival the gowns, stoles and items should be taken out of their wrapping (usually carefully folded
in plastic bags) inspected, hung up on a hanger and put in a dry, moist free closet. Good
ventilation is important if possible. Any discrepancies in your order should be reported
immediately. Your Choir Apparel if cared for properly should not require cleaning very often.
However, because of the multiple fabrics, colors, trims, etc.; it is important to use a professional
dry cleaning establishment and have them follow the cleaning instructions below.
Cleaning:
Even though some of the fabrics are washable, when you combine them with other interlinings,
cording and trims, the combination of fabrics and trims makes washing NOT ADVISABLE OR
GUARANTEED BY THE COMPANY.
WE RECOMMEND FOR THE BEST RESULTS THAT THESE GOWNS BE CLEANED BY
A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANER. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CLEAN A
SINGLE ROBE FIRST TO SEE THE RESULTS BEFORE CLEANING THE ENTIRE
GROUP OF ROBES.
THE DRY CLEANER SHOULD USE THE PROCEDURE OF PROFESSIONALLY
“WETCLEAN COLD” – HANG DRY – THEN PRESS.
