
Depending on the weather situation we will reserve a partial area of our indoor beach bar, or our outdoor beach, for you.
A specific desired location cannot be guaranteed.

Additional shells for drinks can be ordered from your contact person on the date of the event for € 3.80 / piece. The cost for
additional shells will be placed on your final invoice. Please note: Unused shells cannot be returned.

Fridays and Saturdays table reservations require a minimum sale (food and drink) of € 20.00 / person.

A reduction in the number of people can be taken into consideration up to 3 days before the start of the event.
If more guests than notified attend, the final total number of participants is the basis for calculation.

The free cancellation period ends four weeks prior to the event. Additional cancellation deadlines can be found in our terms and
conditions.

The free cancellation period of the beach courts ends three days prior to the event.

beach38° GmbH is entitled to require an advance payment in the amount of up to 50% (starting at € 2,000 total sales).

The booking is only valid after confirmation from beach38°.

A plate fee in the amount of € 2.50 / person will be charged for cakes brought in.
