CHANGES IN AIRFRAME IBIS
MAGIC GS-700 (2.008)
Drilling of plastic polycarbonate drill with
9/64” so that it is an amplitude when riveting.
The tie to tube front windshield was rounded
to avoid a distorted by this point.
Washer rivets for the Fairing that attach the
strut to strut tube.
Adjustable buffers for the run of the ailerons
(left-right Movement), fixed to the airplane's
firewall.
Adjustable buffers for the run of the
elevator (Movement to the front and back),
fixed in the yokes system.
Yokes System totally galvanized/
iridescent.
Yokes of fiberglass with tubing for wire on
both sides of the yokes.
Adjustable buffer for the run of the
throttle system (Movement to the front
and back), fixed at the throttle system.
Throttle system totally galvanized/
iridescent.
FIBERGLASS DOORS:
Open system up with gas spring assisted
opening (faec).
Two (2) points closed, front and rear with
security and luxury lock.
Each door open with the same key on
both sides, pilot and copilot, with handles
for easy opening from the inside and
outside.
Windows of polycarbonate plastic (lexan
2mm).
Receivers of the doors of fiberglass and
aluminum and riveted to the tube frame
and secured with washers to ensure its
durability of fixation.
The coating is done with sikaflex seal on
the edge of the lexan polycarbonate and
the front windshield there will be a piece
to give greater security and prevent the
entry of air.
Was improved spring elevator to submit a
better performance.
Inspection lids in the wings, with their
receivers, and Nut Plates with screws R-8.
Inspection lid on the tail of the fuselage,
with their receivers, and Nut Plates with
screws R-8.
Inspection lid on the vertical stabilizer,
with Nut Plates and screws R-8.
Inspection lid on the basis of the
horizontal stabilizer, with Nut Plates and
screws R-8.
Enlargements were performed in the
holes where the rods are going through
the pedals to avoid any friction in the
system.
There is no friction between the control
cable rudder and the bellcrank of the
tube elevator nor in the run of the control
cable with the tube of the elevator, is also
placing a protective order that the tube
does not get hit with a sheet.
It strengthened the tail of fuselage at the
point of the hook tail with a reinforcement
of aluminum sheet for higher thickness
between the rib and skin.
Nose gear and rods pedals totally
galvanized / iridescent.
Improving the buffer system of the nose
gear.
The top buffer of Teflon was made bigger
to improve the system.
Was performed the installation of springs
in the pedals to return to its neutral point.
This automatically compensate and assist
in focusing the wheel nose gear and
rudder.
Pedals System totally
galvanized/iridescent.
It was a relief of pressure from the reserve
tank and the main tank.
Landing gear legs of aluminum plate
7075-T6.
Was eliminated the friction of the tube
elevator in the frame doing the drilling of
a larger size. Is also placing a protective
order that the tube does not get to hit with
the aluminum sheet.
The System Flaps pipes, galvanized /
iriscent.
Seats and rails completely galvanized /
iridescence, a better and safer sliding in
the point of the rails.
General Upholstery, best finishes, details
and best quality in the process, best
colors combination.
External ears reinforced fiberglass, with
screw R-8 and their respective Nut Plates.
Flaps motor was modified to improve
performance and a smaller lid inspection.
MATCO system hydraulic brakes, with
wheels, discs and brakes, master
cylinders.
MATCO wheels for landing gear & Nose
gear.
Certified tires & tubes McCreary and Air
Track.
Washer 1/4 ref. AN970 to ensure all
systems of controls.
Rib reinforcement for fiberglass tip
horizontal stabilizer.
Polycarbonate lexan in landing light
recessed screw and nut with R-8 and their
respective Nut Plates.
Best finished exteriors and interiors with
application of paint of better quality
(Dupont).
Best packing, making sure that all boxes
are insured and are well off inside it,
taking care of the details of warnings and
notes for those who unpack.
Fiber glass fairing for aileron tube.
Fiber glass fairing for rudder control
cable.
Ibis identification´s logo in pedals,
throttle, baggage, safety belts and
identification´s plate.
