This seven year contract was awarded to
Trackwork (in Joint Venture) by Tube Lines.
The contract, which commenced in 2003, will
see the refurbishment or replacement of 35km
of track on the Jubilee Line, 60km of track on
the Northern Line and 60km on the Piccadilly
Line.
Trackwork has 15 years experience working in
the London Underground environment where
all work has to be completed to tight deadlines
either at night in engineering hours or during
weekend possessions with minimum
disruption to the travelling public.
The work is delivering significant
improvements to the reliability, speed and
quality of service to the people of London.
