CBRE Hotels acted as the exclusive advisor
to Liverton Hotels International in the sale
of the Metropolitan Hotel Toronto.
The 428-room hotel includes two four diamond restaurants,
extensive meeting space and indoor recreation amenities.
The hotel is situated between the Financial District to the south
and Toronto’s world-renowned medical community along
University Avenue to the north, and benefits from a strong
corporate and leisure demand base.
The hotel will undergo a renovation program and be rebranded as a DoubleTree by Hilton.
