PROFESSIONALISM
GRI demonstrates to the public that you have a solid educational
foundation on which to base your services. In a recent survey,
over 90 percent of REALTORS® felt the GRI designation has
helped to increase their professionalism.
NETWORKING
GRI courses offer important networking opportunities while enhancing
your future referral business with fellow participants. Gain an
expanded network of real estate professionals that can assist in
generating leads and referrals across the state and nation.
COMPETITIVE EDGE
The GRI designation sets you apart from the crowd. Studies prove that
the more knowledgeable real estate professionals are, the more they
earn. GRI is the most widely held designation in Kentucky.
EDUCATION CREDITS
Each GRI course counts as 8 hours of GRI credit, 8 hours of credit
towards your broker license and 6 hours of CE credits (3 law and
3 elective). The required GRI courses also satisfy all necessary
post-licensing credit. The GRI designation also counts as an elective
toward the ABR designation, saving you money on additional
education. Elective hours have also expanded to include more options.
COST
GRI is the only designation you don't have to pay or renew to keep
on an ongoing basis. Once you earn it, you have it for life. And, there
are no pre-existing requirements to start the program such as past
transaction sides or years in the business. You can start today. Current
GRI designees can audit GRI courses (100 - 600) for only $50!
{
NAR reports those with a
designation earned over
$27,600
more annually than
non-designees.
Some Highlights of the GRI Designation
► Only designation without an annual fee.
► No continuing education required to maintain the designation.
► Courses count as CE credit in Kentucky and for PLE.
