CREATIVE SYSTEM CONSULTANT was incorporated on
May 1999, as a software, systems integration and IT
consultancy company. Creative System Consultant was a
software development and research center and located at
Metro Centre, Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur.
CREATIVE SYSTEM CONSULTANT was founded and
managed by individuals experienced in finance/banking
and information technology, IT consultancy, client server
system development and corporate management.
A fully Malaysian / Bumiputra-owned company; the company
was started with a handful of IT/technical staff knowledgeable
in system management with financial and banking businesses.
Setting-up for future growth, the company had undertaken
regular recruitment and fresh intakes of IT professionals with
proven experience in banking/ finance and IT; and excellent

Managing Director
Hj Hashim Hassan has over 23 years experience in ICT technology
in software development
and hardware industry. He started his career as Programmer at Business Computers Sdn Bhd. In Jan 1990
as Lecturer Computer Science at School of Engineering, UiTM (formerly known as Institute Technology
Mara) specialized in Numerical Analysis and
Mid 1992 he joined the International Computer Limited as IT Consultant for Software and Imaging
Development. Appointed at IT Partners Sdn Bhd (subsidiary International Computer Limited Malaysia) as
IT Consultant and handling project at Jakarta, Indonesia such as Document Imaging System for PT
Telekom Indonesia and Customer Care System and Expert System for Technical Problem for PT Indosat.
Consultant for Implementation Case Base Reasoning system for Shell HelpDesk and Bank Bumiputra
Malaysia Berhad.
Mid 1997, appointed as Digital DOMAIN’s director of development, responsible for coordinating and
monitoring all project implementation. Consultant for BBMB Bank Negara Reporting System and data
warehouse system. Project Manager for Implementation an Integrated Retail Banking System at Bank
Surya, Jakarta Indonesia on 1997. Managing 8-man development project team. Modules installed include
EastPoint retail banking including CIS, Teller, MIS/GL and Deposits-Savings
Project Manager and IT Consultant for Implementation a Bank Muamalat Malaysia Customer Information
System. This implementation involved system interface and data integration with Bank Legacy system.
Project Manager for major enhancement for Muamalah Financing System/MFS project at Bank Muamalat.
Successfully rolled-out to 40 branches nationwide.
Project Manager for the development of Nominees & Custodian Management System/NOMS2000 at BCB
