distribution operation based in the North-East. We are proud to be the largest manufacturer of gates in the UK, with quality, value

Our entire range is fabricated on site by skilled craftsmen using quality materials and traditional manufacturing methods. In this

each piece unique. Cannock wooden gates are constructed to
the highest standards by skilled craftsmen and carry a 5-year
guarantee.
We use only the best smooth-planed Scandinavian redwood,
making our gates as resilient as they are beautiful. Some styles
include laminated profiles. Traditional mortise and tenon joints
are used – an age-old method, proven to give lasting strength
and durability. As standard, our gates are supplied untreated,

Railings
Railings offer a straightforward, elegant solution to enclosing part or all of your property.
Available in heights of 18” (46cm), 2’ (61cm) and 3’ (92cm), the railings come complete
with adjustable side feet and can be ordered with intermediate, end and corner posts if
required. They look superb at ground level and when used to add height to an existing
wall. Royal railings (designed to complement all our Royal gate ranges) and Royal
Monarch railings are made from heavy-duty steel. Royal railings come with fleur-de-lys

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any goods
purchased from us, please inform us in writing (including fax or email) within
7 days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you, and once the

All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If any item is found
to be faulty, return it and we will be happy to correct the faulty part or send a
replacement without charge. Upon receipt of goods, please follow carefully
the instructions for assembly and advice on how to care for the product.
Please bear in mind the following; a minor amount of natural movement is
inherent in timber; rust is a natural effect on steel, which can be prevented
by applying an exterior enamel paint treatment such as Hammercote.
Our wrought iron style gates and railings carry a 10-year guarantee and
our wooden gates a 5-year guarantee, when you follow the instructions
given in our assembly and care leaflet provided with your gate/railing. Our
guarantee covers the cost of replacing the defective product; it does not
cover consequential expenses incurred as a result of replacing the product
such as fitting and finishing costs. We will not accept responsibility for any
damage caused by incorrect assembly of fittings, incorrect hanging or
lack of treatment to gates. For wooden gates, we are unable to give any
guarantee against shrinkage, warping or splitting which can be caused by
natural reactions to variations in humidity and temperature. We will not
reimburse the cost of repairs undertaken to gates without our prior consent,
and such repairs would also invalidate your guarantee. Please note: because
orders for non-standard gates are made to the customer’s specification,
we are unable to accept cancellation of orders and our 7-day money-back
guarantee will not apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns
The goods must be returned to us untreated and unused and wherever
possible in the original packaging, together with your receipt. We
recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure
that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available
you should use packaging that would provide similar protection, as returned
items must be received ‘as new’ and in re-saleable condition. Carriage
costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if it differs in any way
from the advertised goods. Returned parcels remain the responsibility of
the customer until safely received by us. The company does not pay return
carriage unless an item is faulty or it differs in any way from the advertised
goods. If you would like us to arrange collection of goods for return please
contact Customer Services. Return carriage costs will be deducted from any
refund due. We will not pay for the cost of failed collections. Please note
we are unable to accept returns of gates if they have been treated by the
