Nothing Left Unsaid:
Gloria Vanderbilt and
Anderson Cooper
Available Now
HBO Documentary Films
Rated TVPG; Approximately 109 minutes
Born into one of the wealthiest and best-known
families in American history, Gloria Vanderbilt has
lived in the public eye for more than 90 years,
unapologetically pursuing love, family and career,
experiencing extreme tragedy and tremendous
success side by side. In this feature-length HBO
Documentary Films production, Vanderbilt and
her son, award-winning TV journalist Anderson
Cooper, look back at Vanderbilt’s remarkable,
still-productive life. Directed by Liz Garbus
(HBO’s Bobby Fischer Against the World), the
film intertwines archival footage and previously
unseen home videos spanning eight decades with
present-day scenes, painting an intimate portrait
of one of America’s most fascinating families.
In a series of candid conversations, Cooper and
Vanderbilt tell the story of their past and present,
losses and loves, showing how, in life, patterns
repeat themselves in the most unexpected ways.

Important Informaঞon
For you to know prior to your screening
PRICING AND ADMISSION
Pricing is based on several factors including anticipated crowd size, screening location and the lm
itself. Pricing is for one day’s rental; however, additional days can be added at a discounted rate. You are
welcome to charge admission for your screening which could be a great way to help cover the cost of the
licensing. If admission is charged, the total cost of the licensing will be the quoted licensing fee versus
50% of your ticket sales, whichever is greater.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders should be placed and con rmed prior to advertising and at least two weeks prior to your
screening. We can typically accommodate last-minute bookings as well, so always check with your
Account Executive prior to your event regardless of lead time.
All changes and cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel
and are unable to give 14 days’ notice you will be required to pay the licensing in full. However, you will
have up to one year to reschedule that same movie at no additional licensing fees.
In the case of an unforeseen circumstance (bad weather, electricity outage, equipment malfunction,
etc.) that prevents you from being able to host your event as planned, you will have up to one year in
which to reschedule the same movie with no additional licensing fees. It is important that you notify your
Account Executive immediately of the cancellation. Payment is due at the time of the original show date.
Depending on when you reschedule your event, you may be responsible for round-trip shipping and
handling for your new show date.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and we accept check or credit card.

SHIPPING OF YOUR MOVIE
Your movie arrival times may vary depending on the media you have selected:
o DVD – approximately 2 days prior to your screening
• Please note that pre-home DVDs have a Pin Play security code that must be entered in order to
play the DVD. This code will be delivered via email and/or text up to 5 business days prior to your
screening. If you are new to your position it is important that you contact your Account Executive
immediately to ensure that you are scheduled to receive the code.
o 35mm – approximately 1 day prior to your screening
o DCP – approximately 2 days prior to your screening
o Cinelink download – up to 2 weeks prior to your screening
• Please note that Cinelink must be powered on and connected to the internet in order to receive
the download.
Please contact your Account Executive at least one day prior to your show regarding undelivered or
damaged items. We highly suggest that the lm be tested at least 1 day prior to your event to ensure a
successful screening. It is recommended that you test the lm, in its entirety, in the actual equipment that
you plan on using for your event as compatibility can vary depending on equipment.
Movies must be returned on the 1st business day following your scheduled event. Charges may apply for
late returns. You are responsible for the movie while it is in your possession and until Swank receives it.

COPYRIGHT LAW
Licensee shall have the right to advertise, publicize and
promote the exhibition strictly limited to the licensee’s
premises and via private mailings, web and social media
directed to students, faculty and staff. Advertising through
media such as public television, radio and newspaper
is discouraged. Licensee agrees that any advertising,
publicity or promotion that is conducted by means of a
marquee, lighted sign or billboard may not be viewable
by the general public. Should these policies be violated
and/or the screening become openly competitive with a
commercial theater all rights to advertise, publicize and
promote may be revoked and your screening may be at risk
for cancellation.
Any exhibition of a movie outside of a home setting
is considered a public performance and therefore
requires licensing even if there is no admission
charged and if the screening is for a limited audience.
Swank Motion Pictures has been appointed by major
Hollywood studios to provide such licensing in nontheatrical markets, including Colleges and Universities.
The licensing fees compensate the copyright owners
and the men and women who work on the lm’s
production. These royalties are the way publishers,
authors and composers are paid for their work.
Promoting your screening is key to having a great turnout.
Our Account Executives are full of ideas on successfully
promoting campus movie events.
Additionally, free, customizable publicity materials are
available for download on the Promotional Materials tab
on our website.
Your license is only valid for the agreed upon date, title
and location. Violation of this is subject to penalties set
forth in the Federal Copyright Act. No movie or portion
thereof may be copied, duplicated or distributed in any
manner. Ownership of the content shall at all times be
vested strictly with the producers, including but not
limited to all registered and unregistered trade names,
logos, trademarks, characters and names of the movie.
Licensee will not make or authorize any others to make
any modi cations, deletions, cuts or additions to
the content.
Please do not begin adverঞsing your movie event unঞl
you have arranged proper licensing and have received
oLcial conCrmaঞon from Swank Moঞon Pictures.
