This project is a prime example of O’ROURKE’S commitment to provide our valued clients turnkey project assistance. After
multi-year budget/design assistance, O’ROURKE competitively bid this extremely visible and challenging, enabling Project for
the University of Cincinnati’s Nippert Stadium Renovation and Expansion. Besides the very tight schedule that often
accompanies stadium renovations, this project required extensive protection and shoring systems to safely remove a
multi-level cast-in-place concrete press box, masonry restrooms and concession buildings and concrete seat risers/rakers
overtop an active utility tunnel.
This utility tunnel provided all services to the southern portion of the campus.
