Inspired by divine ideas, I am prosperous.
To clear my mind of any thoughts of lack or limitation, I confidently deny them power over me. I synchronize my thoughts with ideas of divine abundance
and the creative flow of God’s good.
I take to heart these words from the late Eric Butterworth: “Infinite Mind will put ideas into your mind,
words into your mouth, creativity into your hands,
boundless opportunity before you, and guiding light
on your way.”
Inspired, capable and ready, I act on divine guidance. With gratitude, I affirm God as my constant
source of supply. I maintain an attitude of prosperity
in all areas of my life and my needs are abundantly
met.
My God will fully satisfy every need of yours
according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Last month we took the inner journey with Rev.
Reggie as he presented the "The Seven Steps
for Spiritual Transformation." This powerful
spiritual information session is based upon Rev.
Reggie's book "The Transformative Truth: 7
Steps For Spiritual Transformation". We learned
the difference between transformation and
change, we expanded our spiritual foundation,
and we examined our thoughts and beliefs.
The we clarified our spiritual identity verses human identity, stretch our imaginations beyond
the physical realm, stepped into the science of
self-motivation and acquired and applied our
tools for spiritual power.

Thank you Rev. Reggie for facilitating a POWERFUL workshop AND presenting and wonderful lesson sermon that following Sunday!
Thank you to all of the UCC members who participated and supported The Methodist University Hospital Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center through the 1st
Annual Clergy Chase. Over 500 participants from
many churches around the Memphis area participated
in the event. Pastor Eric Winston (seen here with
Rev. Eric) championed the cause with tours of the
new facility for area pastors. As a result of the new
facility, what would normally take 5-7 days to overcome a sickle cell crisis, now takes 4-6 hours!
The Clergy Chase is a 5k run/walk or a 1 mile run/
walk. Some of those who participated from UCC are
Earl Leake, Valencia Donaldson , Deja Donaldson,
Davon Donaldson, David Hayes, Rebekah Taylor,
and Lester and Patricia Snell. Also in attendance
were Felecia Fayne, Cora Collins and Michael
Thompson. Congratulations to all!

Spiritual Counseling – UCC offers spiritual counseling for those who are seeking to unlock and
overcome whatever challenge that may keep one
from his/her highest good. For more details or to
schedule spiritual counseling see Rev. Eric Ovid
Donaldson.
Pre-Marital Counseling– Are you engaged?
Congratulations! UCC offers pre-marital counseling in order to prepare couples for the wide
range of situations marriage brings. Couples
should begin counseling at least 2 months before
the wedding.
Congregational Health Network—UCC is an
ACTIVE member of the CHN! The CHN us a collaborative effort between Memphis churches and
Methodist Hospitals to address various health issues in Memphis. UCC just participated in the
Clergy Chase 5k Run to support the Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center and the eradication of the
disease.
Young Parents Corner– Young parents often
have young children that are full of energy. So
that our children wont disturb solemn parts of the
service, we provide an area that includes a broadcast of the service so that young parents won’t
miss a thing.
Youth Sunday School—Our Youth facilitators
dutifully prepare a full youth service for children
ages 5—15. We also practice sacred safety in the
loving care of the children.

Hospital and Home Visits– We never seek to
invade your privacy, so Rev. Donaldson is more
than happy to make visits upon request.
Family and Friends Day– Enjoy food & fellowship every 4th Sunday when UCC celebrates the
importance of family and friends.
Prison Visitation—If you need support while visiting someone incarcerated within the area, Rev.
Donaldson will be happy to join you, schedule permitting.
Newsletters– UCC prints an informative publication once a month that includes upcoming and
past events, celebrations, crossword puzzles, and
a monthly calendar. We can even send the newsletter to you by email if you’d like.
Prayer Requests—Each prayer request form received at UCC is prayed upon and then sent to
Silent Unity at Unity Village, MO where they pray
for you for another 30 days.
Unity Toastmasters– Toastmasters meet every
Thursday from 8am—9am. Unity Toastmasters is
one of the premier Toastmasters groups in Memphis and is well respected throughout the area.
Past President Betty Gales, or Area Governor and
President Hattie Nelson can tell you more.
UCC Choir– The UCC Choir, led by Lester Snell
is a powerful way to practice the presence of God.
The choir is now developing new music that reflect
the Truth we know, as well as singing the favorites
that are known and loved. The choir meets for
practices most Fridays at 10am. Interested? Talk
with Lester Snell to learn more.

seminars and workshops regularly to help you
“live the truth you know”. Most are offered for a
small registration fee and a love offering following
each class. Our current class is entitled,
“LESSONS IN TRUTH!”
House Blessing Ceremonies– A house blessing
can be a beautiful gift for a family moving into their
new home. It can be used upon moving out of a
dwelling as well, as a way to bring closure and
foster new beginnings. It is also beautiful way to
introduce UCC to others. Rev. Donaldson offers
this ceremony upon request .
Membership– Join today! Become a member of a
loving church family and enjoy all of the amenities
of UCC. We are Bible based believers demonstrating the “abundant life” as taught and exemplified by Jesus the Christ.

Weddings, Memorial Services and Funerals—
Rev. Donaldson is available to officiate weddings,

100 DAYS OF PRAYER
The 100 Days of Prayer Project was a GREAT SUCCESS as together we created a rise in prayerconsciousness leading into our 60th Diamond Jubilee
Anniversary!
Some of the ‘Angels’ we attracted during our time of
prayer were Rev. Ruth Mosley, Rev. Dr. Will Coleman,
Rev. Jack Bomar, and Rev. Montee Davis.
A special angel appeared during our LESSONS IN
TRUTH CLASS. Chief Apostle D. DeWayne Rudd of
Deeper Revelations International Ministries is a strong
advocate of New Thought principles. Rev. Donaldson
and Apostle Rudd now share a covenant commitment
to raise the consciousness of Memphis and the World
through the New Thought Principles.
