V.I.P. Distributing LLC
V.I.P. Distributing is a multi-line, full-service snack food distributing company
located in Tampa, Florida. We provide full service sales to primarily independent
convenience store type customers, along with other venues such as car washes, gift
shops, pro shops, bait shops and many other places where impulse driven snack
purchases are made.
V.I.P. Distributing focuses on only providing products with exceptional quality
and appeal while still providing retailer and consumer value in a competitive but
growing marketplace.
The following is a list of the major manufacturers whose products we sell and represent:
Little Debbie, Bauducco cookies, Wise - Snyder’s chips and snacks, Snak King, King
Henry, Chifles plantain chips, Nutty Bavarian, Jack Links, Slim Jim, Werner and
Tillamook meat snacks, Dirty brand kettle style potato chips, and others.
In the near future, Lance, Tom’s and Cape Cod chips and snacks will also be available as
the merger between Snyder- Wise and Lance is fully implemented.
By going to market with various lines encompassing different categories within
the snack food segment, V.I.P. Distributing provides the best chance to capture and
maximize available sales within each potential location, regardless of the demographic
dynamics. This also insures the greatest probability of acquiring new accounts with
“something for everyone” in addition to new customer promotions available from
certain manufacturers that help to open doors of opportunity.
Having distribution in West Central Florida currently, V.I.P. Distributing is expanding
its coverage by adding/establishing new independent distributor/contractors within
Florida and throughout the nation.

When consumers approach a King Henry’s meat snack display,
they see a quality, organized national brand merchandising
approach, with coordinated package design and colors, not the
trashy jumble so common to meat snacks.
We carefully follow industry trends, and only pack the best
products available in the right shapes, sizes, flavors and varieties
to reach the optimum price point.
Although we offer bulk jars and bins, we are on top of the
growing trend with I/W jerky items. This ensures that we
can provide exactly what your customers desire.
We listen to the marketplace, both retail operators, and
consumers, so you can be sure that any product we offer has
been formulated, packed and priced to meet your demand.
