Description:
The Stinger Mix Master Tool is designed for high-pressure injection stimulations to
isolate and protect surface wellhead equipment while fracturing down the annulus
and monitoring pressure in the tubing.
Specifications:
Pressure Rating: 69 MPa (10.000 psi) working pressure
Size specifications:
Casing: 114mm (4 ½”) to 244mm (9 5/8”)
Tubing: 60.3mm (2 3/8”) or 73mm (2 7/8”)
Maximum Pumping Rates:
3 m³/min. for 2 3/8” tubing & 4 1/2” casing
6 m³/min. for 2 7/8” tubing & 5 1/2” casing
8 m³/min. for 2 3/8” tubing & 5 1/2” casing
Higher rates can be achieved by pumping down both the annulus and the tubing.
Features:
1. Eliminates killing the well as the tool can be installed and removed under pressure.
2. Reduces rig time since there is less tripping of pipe.
3. Generally eliminates snubbing.
3. Packer not required.
4. Allows flow-back for cost effective cleanout.
5. Permits circulation of sand for cleanout via tubing or annulus.
6. Allows for the installation of perforating guns prior to tool installation.
7. Full bore tubing facilitates swabbing and running down hole equipment.

8. Can only be removed under pressure with a class 3 BOP system.

9. A working platform is provided with the tool. The platform is complete with handrails and ladder for easy access.
Additional stairs can be attached and are available upon request.
Wellhead Isolation Specialists
Installation and Removal
1. Using service rig, install Tubing Hanger Lubricator Setting Tool on class 3 BOP’s.
2. Equalize pressure from casing to lubricator tool and remove the tubing hanger.
3. Using the service rig, lift Mix-Master and screw onto tubing string.
4. Equalize pressure from casing to Mix-Master and lower into place.
5. To remove, use same procedure in reverse order.
*Please note that a tubing plug must be set prior to installation or removal of the Mix-Master under pressure.
