The Regional Occupational Care Center (ROCC) is committed to providing superior quality, cost
effective occupational health services to the employers of the Greater Lafayette area as well as
the surrounding communities. ROCC currently provides services to over 300 employers with
facilities in Lafayette and West Lafayette as well as several outlying communities.
ROCC offers an array of occupational health and safety programs that can be tailored to meet
the specific needs and requirements of your business. ROCC can help you reduce workers
compensation and health care costs, return injured workers to the workplace quickly and safely,
improve the safety of your workplace, comply with industry-specific regulations for health and
medical testing and develop workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
A special relationship exists between a worker, the employer and the occupational physician.
The success of such a program requires good communication with all parties, serving the
healthcare needs of the worker while ensuring a safe and timely return to work.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Clinical case management is a fundamental key to the success of a safe and timely return to
the workplace. Managing referrals, following up visits and securing authorizations are only a

Heartland Neurology is committed to the highest standards for patient care and in treating
all neurological disorders. Our neurologists are board certified or board eligible, with years of
experience in treating patients with all varieties of neurological conditions. Our doctors provide
individualized and thoughtful plans of care for patients with work place injuries. We provide
prompt state-of-the-art EMG-NCV and other neuro-diagnostic testing. Examples of the types
of diagnoses we treat include Carpal and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, repetitive motion trauma,
neck and back pain and myofacial pain. We are skilled at providing MMI, impairment rating and
independent medical evaluations.
We treat sleep disorders in our high-tech sleep lab at Heartland Sleep Center. Conditions such
as Sleep Apnea, Restless Leg Syndrome, Narcolepsy and snoring are all treatable conditions
because of our highly trained Heartland Sleep Center staff. These tests are used for truck
drivers and other workers that require CDL licenses. Heartland Neurology wants you to get

Miracles Rehabilitation provides the employers of our community with innovative 3-D
BioErgonomic Rehabilitation. These specialized services are driven within the only facility
in Indiana staffed by clinicians having expertise in Applied Functional Science (The Study of
Authentic Human Movement). Miracles Rehabilitation in West Lafayette is strategically located
within the Miracles Fitness Complex. Our Lafayette Miracles Rehab facility has also teamed
with Miracles Fitness. Both centers will provide injured workers a combination of Rehabilitation,
