- BRAZOS HALL -
A wide open layout with two stories of highly customizable space make Brazos Hall a blank
canvas ready for you to paint your perfect event.
This turn-of-the-century converted warehouse easily accommodates a diverse range of
event configurations and atmospheres, transforming into everything from a 350-person
twilight wedding to a packed weeklong SXSW concert.
In the Main Hall, 100-year-old long-leaf pine flooring and restored detail from the original
mill and feed store combine with a clean, exposed steel beam and brick interior and bright
splashes of light from the round-top windows to create a unique and rustic Texas-modern
backdrop.
Upstairs, open-style stainless steel railings on the covered Rooftop Deck offer a clear view
of the downtown skyline. Fully equipped to keep things cool with overhead fans, warm with
outdoor heaters, or dry with convertible weatherized walls, it’s ready to go rain or shine.
Take over one or both floors—each of these spaces can be booked separately with private, staffed entrances, plug-and-play surround sound, commercial prep kitchens, and an
experienced, dedicated event staff to provide all of the support and guidance you need,
whenever you need it.

CATERING KITCHENS
Each level has a catering prep kitchen with hand washing
stations, commercial sinks and ice makers. The Main Hall
also includes a commercial refrigerator.

There is a 16’ loading dock in the rear of the building.

The Hall has an ADA compliant 7’ freight elevator.

Both levels are wired for basic sound.

A highly convertible, upscale modern venue perfect for accommodating both social
gatherings and corporate meetings, Trinity Hall is Austin’s newest event space in the heart
of historic downtown.
Invite your guests to mingle in one of many nooks and sitting spaces, or create private
breakout areas fully equipped for audio/visual presentation with the touch of a sliding
wood panel.
Take advantage of the dance floor and raised stage with a 600-person cocktail party or
concert, or utilize our on-site commercial kitchen space to prepare and serve a sit-down
dinner for up to 300.
Looking for a more intimate gathering? This versatile space is easily subdivided into
smaller areas to keep your group close and engaged. Walking distance from the Westin
and Hilton downtown, Trinity Hall is the perfect location for your out-of-town guests and
colleagues.

PRICING
Both venues charge a daily facility rental fee that includes basic furniture, house sound and
host staff. Rental rates vary based on seasonality and market demand.

The most prized resource for both venues is our phenomenal bar staff. Festival trained to
be highly courteous and quick, they exceed at providing your guests exceptional service
without having to wait or stand in line.

VENUE MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS
Rental of Brazos Hall or Trinity Hall includes the skilled support of our professional event,
venue and bar managers to coordinate set-up and strike of your event, plus anytime access
in-person or by phone to answer your questions, guide your decisions, and make sure
everything comes together just the way you envision it.

Brazos & Trinity Hall Bar Service
Our flexible open- or cash-bar packages were designed using years of bar research from
across the festivals, restaurants, and venues under FBR management.
Your bar minimum is determined based on the estimated number of guests and length of
your event, along with the specific product tier you choose from the table below.
This tested formula assumes on average 2 drinks per person in the first hour and 1 drink per
person each following hour. Even if your guests don’t follow this exact pattern, the overall
formula ensures that everyone is covered and that you are offered an accurate, easily
covered minimum.
Brazos Hall & Trinity Hall provide one bartender per 75 guests. Additional bartenders are
available upon request for a nominal fee.
