FILLING DEVICE SPHF 300 WITH INTEGRAL FILTER
A filling device with integral filter is
determined for dust-free filling of powder
and fine grain inexplosive materials into road
and
railway
bulk
transport
containers.
Integral filter with JET-system regeneration
ensures cleaning of exhaust air.
Filling device is made of parts of welded
construction
from
steel
material
of
construction quality, sleeve from airtight
material and filter cartridges from folded
fabric. Filling device could be delivered in
design without fan and separate fan could be
placed near device, also is possible to deliver
fan with exhaust silencer. According to needs
and with regard to loaded material is filling device delivered in design with various
types of level indicators.
Design of control system allows to insert the filling device into remote or automatic
control system together with coherent pneumatic conveying and storage technology.
Filling device is operated from hanging hand controller, according to wish also
otherwise.

Filling device SPHF 300 with integral filter:
Device consists of inlet part with filling socket (1), rubber coated outlet part (2) with extensible closing cone (3),
manipulating band, limit level indicator with protective guard (4) and vibrator (12), winch with protective shelter
(7), outside sleeve (6), inside sleeve with protective cones (5), filter cartridges (9), filter regenerating system (10)
pressure air diverter (14), fan (11), hand controller (13) and wiring system (8). According to wish it is possible to
place the winch separately on own support.
