It operates a portfolio of over $338 million and maintains low default rates of less than 2.5%. Consumer finance generated 16.1% of revenue for the business in 2014. Consumer Finance has a dedicated staff of 59 professionals who handle everything from loan originations, finance approvals, cash management, collections, customer service, portfolio analytics and process improvements.
