This formulation produces a natural, alcohol-free facial toning lotion that is gentle but active on
the skin. The Oat Beta Glucan Liquid provides long-lasting skin softening, hydrating and soothing

• Disperse the xanthan gum in the water
with stirring. When homogeneous, add the
