Current Leasing opportunities The Crown Estate Introduction to the organisation The Crown Estate is an independent commercial business created by Act of Parliament. The organisation currently comprises four portfolios Energy Rural and Minerals and Coastal Central London Regional retail and leisure Infrastructure Net profit in 2014/15 £285.1 million Energy, Minerals & Infrastructure Portfolio Wave and Tidal industry Support to date Leasing Over 50 wave and tidal current projects leased to date, covering a range of types, scales and geographies.
