Enclosed is a prequalification package designed to highlight the achievements of Niles Industrial Coatings and to demonstrate our ability to successfully execute industrial cleaning and painting projects of any variety or magnitude. Since 1958, the Niles family has consistently improved in the painting business while also increasing the services they offer. In 1970, our organization began a period of great success as we worked closely with the automotive industry on industrial painting and cleaning projects. Starting out as Genesee Decorating Company, the business evolved into Genesee Painting Company Inc. and survived acquisition by a national corporation. In November 2002, we reestablished ourselves as Niles Industrial. While doing so, we maintained the majority of key management and field personnel that contributed to the overall success of Genesee Painting Company. Our commitment to continuous improvement has enabled us to provide our customers with a full range of industrial services to meet site-specific and customer-specific needs in a timely manner. A key component to our comprehensive service offering has been the creation of Niles Industrial Services, LLC (“NIS”); a company which provides hyrdo-blasting, wet/dry vacuum truck, liquid vacuum truck and sewer cleaning services. The immediate success of NIS is due in large part to the hiring of the most experienced and efficient managers and operators in the industrial cleaning business. Their experience and reputations and our specialized equipment have allowed us to create a diversified customer base for NIS and provide additional services to complement Niles Industrial’s existing service offering. Niles Industrial’s key leadership and impressive inventory of equipment has allowed us to build and maintain strong industry relationships with Fortune 500 companies. We are confident that these factors, along with our combined experience exceeding 200 years, make us the contractor of choice for projects in these sectors. Our mission is to provide safe, economical and value-added solutions to our customers. As evidenced by the attached list of completed projects, the Niles team has a diversified background in commercial, industrial and automotive projects. Niles Industrial Coatings is a bonded, insured and ISO-certified company. Moving forward, we continue to provide the highest level of safety, performance and quality that our customers have come to expect. Sincerely, Ryan Niles President Niles Industrial Coatings Niles Industrial Coatings Mission Statement Niles Industrial Coatings and its employees are committed to providing painting, cleaning and associated services that meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. Our primary goal is to be the best in our field and furnish the customer with the finest in quality and value. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction in all we do and will accept nothing less than “best in class.” We understand that we must provide a better job than our competitors in order to meet customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is evident by their recommendation of our services to others and in doing so; we will ensure future work for the Niles people and security for their families. Having the highest quality and safety record is the price of admission in our “best in class” environment.
