Showers as its new Executive Chef. Originally from
the Seattle area’s dining scene, Chef Michael is a graduate of
the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena,
California. Most recently he was the Executive Chef and Food
& Beverage Director at the highly acclaimed Papoose Creek
Lodge in Southwest Montana.
Papoose Creek Lodge has been featured on the Travel Channel
and Samantha Brown’s “Green Getaways” as one of the three
top “Eco-Lodges” in the western hemisphere. We look forward
to welcoming you back to the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant
