The REVOLUTION Recovery Process
• We start with an engineered inspection of the aluminum drum core, center holes, key
slot, cams and hardware parts for ability to be replaced or reconditioned.
• Old rubber pads are mechanically removed and replaced with new sponge rubber or
vulcanized rubber that meets or exceeds OEM specification. The new rubber sheets
are applied with REVOLUTION adhesives, and cooked in our ovens to cure the
rubber/aluminum bond.
• We are so confident in our bonding procedure that we proudly offer a lifetime
warranty against delamination.
• Cured drums are ground to drum diameter specification.
