The SFB 8E -LT is used for production of
side gusseted bags, with and without
reclosure (top slider/zipper (PTC)) and
bottom fold.
The SFB 8E -L is best suitable for longitudinal production of side gusseted bags,
with and without reclosure (front slider,
front/top zipper (PTC), lateral zipper,
hooded slider), handles and bottom fold.
The SFB 8E -T and SFB 10E -T are suitable
for transverse production of side gusseted
bags, with and without reclosure (front
slider, front/top zipper (PTC)), handles
and bottom fold.
At up to 70 cycles/minute, PET/PEcomposite foils from 90 to 200 μm and
PE/PE materials from 150 to 200 μm can
be processed in one or two lanes.
PET/PE-composite foils from 90 to 200 μm
can be processed in a single lane at a production output of up to 75 cycles/minute.
PET/PE-composite foils and PE/PE- and
Mono-PE-materials can be processed in a
single lane at a production output of up to
40 cycles/minute.

The TCS attaches up to 55 bags/minute
with a top slider, hooded slider or top
zipper (PTC).
The TCS-W is based on a similar concept
as the TCS. However, this machine is specifically designed for processing of woven
PP materials.
The STBB 8K produces up to 520
2- and 3-side seal bags, stand up pouches
(Doypacks) and bags with variable contours
per minute in single-, two- and four-lane production. PET/Alu/PE-, PET/PE-, PP-materials
are processed as well as other composite
films.
The SFS 8-E produces industrial bags at
a length of 300 - 900 mm and a width of
200 - 450 mm from a flat lane.
The SK 211 is used for final production of
dust-filter bags.
The PK 100 can produce single- to threelayer cardboard flanges for dust-filter bags.
The machine attaches valve cardboards
to dust-filter hoses or bags and applies a
coil fold.
Cardboard and rubber slips are used to
produce valve cardboards at an output of
up to 150 cycles/minute.
Depending on bag size, up to 150 bags/
minute can be produced.
Cardboard is processed off the roll or from
a magazine, longitudinally or transversely
to the machine direction.
Our Top Closure System can be used as
a stand-alone version with automatic bag
application or as an inline version with a
bagging machine.
Max. 50 bags/minute are attached with a
Top Slider that is glued to the bag from the
outside.
The STBB 8K can be easily equipped with reclosure units. Slider, zipper (PTC) and spouts
are applied “inline“ during bag production.

Every minute, up to 50 side gusseted bags
or flat bags are produced from PE/PE-composites, Mono-PE, CPP/PE and/or coex PE

The stretch packer SBP is designed for
single or batch packaging with film banderole or full wrap at up to 40 cycles/minute.
The bag filler is a fully automatic horizontal packaging system for final packaging
of tissue and hygiene products (toilet
paper, kitchen paper, cosmetics and paper
tissues, liners, diapers) in pre-fabricated
bags (wickets).
The Rotamatic is a high-performance
system for production of flow-pack or
shrink-wrap packaging.
The roll packer is used for automatic
packaging of rolled and cylindrical products in film with full or edge shrink-wrap.
The RO packages cylindrical products in a
film wrap at an output of up to 120 cycles/
minute. The packaging formation can be
adjusted at need.
Energy-consumption-optimised shrink tunnels are available in different performance
and product range versions.
It packages many different products at an
output of up to 120 cycles/minute.
The roll packer reaches an output of
55 cycles/minute in one or several lanes
and can be optionally equipped with
automatic supply, grouping, alignment
and labelling systems, as well as with
print mark control.
With innovative servo technology and
smart control, up to 50% film can be
saved as compared to conventional shrink
wrappers. A shrink tunnel is also no longer
mandatory.

Many different bundle formats can be
produced at up to 120 bags/minute.
Integration of a storage table or can rotation device is as easy as is combination with
our Kartomat case packaging system.
As standard transport systems, they offer the
choice of either belt or wire link conveyors
as well as rod-chain belts.
Pneumatically foldable tunnel cover, cooling
device, recirculation control, alignment and
press-on units are also available as optional
equipment.

Matador
The Matador packages different products
in Kraft-paper with hot-melt closure,
either with a paper banderole or full wrap
with lateral folds. Its output is at up to
15 cycles/minute.

This system packages, e.g., folding boxes,
waste bags, wallpaper rolls, cans, paper/
towels, etc. in American Cases (RSC).
The paper wrapper is designed for close
wrapping of cylindrical products, e.g. bag
rolls, in paper with a narrow banderole.
Depending on the product, the output will
reach up to 30 cases/minute.
The wrapper is integrated in the winding
machine with revolver coiling heads.

Our most flexible packaging machine
packages different products in (bottom)
trays, high-board trays with U-lids or tray
lids and wrap-around cases at up to
25 bundles/minute.
The fully automated “Universa“ can set up
up to 15 cases/minute, fill them from
above by Pick & Place (top load) and
close them with hot melt or adhesive tape.
The tray erector sets up trays, high-board
trays and trays with lid tabs (wrap-around,
suspender, folding lid). Its output reaches
up to 40 trays/minute.
This packaging type is perfect for final
packaging of glasses, bottles, cans, reels,
and other sensitive products.
Ideally, this machine is combined with a
B&B-MAF filling system.
Grouping, stacking, labelling and product
control systems are just some of the many
available options.

Our machines for final packaging of tissue
can process many different products, e.g.
system and industrial paper, toilet paper,
kitchen tissue rolls, folded paper and
several other pre-packaged products.

Our packaging systems can be combined very flexibly. The stretch packer will,
for example, film-wrap wallpaper rolls, which are then automatically supplied to the
“Kartomat“ case packer.
The stretch packer can also be combined with the Combimatic. This makes it possible
to use a single system for film and case packaging alike.
Another example for flexible function is the Triplex: This machine forms a pure film
or case package, as well as a sandwich pack.
