ModuCORE® for Breweries & Distilleries For every gallon of alcoholic beverage produced, brewers & distillers produce 3 to 13 gallons of ® stillage or spent grain. ModuCORE converts this stillage into useful energy that can be used in the brewing or distilling process. Modules like ® WaterPAK use the heat from ModuCORE to generate up to 6,000 gallons clean, potable water. ® ModuCORE is more efficient, cost effective and versatile than other waste-to-energy systems. In ® comparison to anaerobic digestion, ModuCORE has a significantly smaller footprint, is less susceptible to leaks and external contamination, and releases sterilized effluents.
