CAMP WANNAMAKAQUILTA
We all had such a wonderful time at
last year’s retreat, we’ve decided to do
it again – TWICE! Once again, we’ve

two very special weekends of quilting,
fun, & fellowship (and fabulous food!)
Bring your unfinished projects and get
ready to GET THEM DONE and have a
lot of fun with Lynda and Bonnie and
the gals from The Quilter’s Market. Sew
early, sew late, take a dip in the pool,
enjoy the Ranch’s fabulous ambiance
and dining - it’s YOUR time to get away
and have a fun and relaxing weekend
with the girls. We’ll start after lunch
on Friday and continue to Sunday.

Ah, summer, the best time of the year to gather some delicious fabrics
and settle in for some heavy-duty quilting. Let’s face it, it’s too hot to do
much else, and quilting is one thing we can do in air-conditioned comfort!
At The Quilter’s Market, we’ve got lots of cool classes and projects coming up for the hot months ahead.
Got a big stash? We’ll help you work through it with The Great Scrap
Sew In. Bring your scraps – we’ll cut them for you – and feed you lunch
– it’s a day of uninterrupted sewing and fellowship, guaranteed to help
you make a dent in that pile of scraps that has been accumulating in your
sewing room.
Got UFO’s? Gather them up and join us at Camp Wannamakaquilta, our
annual summer retreat at Tanque Verde Ranch, where you’ll enjoy uninterrupted sewing and fun in a beautiful ranch setting. A perfect setting for a
“staycation,” Camp Wannamakaquilta has become a favorite of Quilter’s
Market customers – be sure to read below for details.
Got an itch to start a new project? Check out our class listing for fun new
quilt projects and the return of some favorites – big or small, easy or
more involved, we’ve got a huge selection this summer sure to inspire your
creativity and help pass these warm months.
Many of the classes offer pre-selected kits, so there is very little pre-class
preparation to do, or if you prefer, choose your own beautiful fabrics for
your favorite project.
Got just a little time? We have classes that are short, easy projects completed in just a few hours, and our Skill Builders, which are short technique
classes focused on a particular aspect of quilting.
Whatever you’re looking for this summer, we hope you’ll join us for some
fun and fellowship at The Market. The A/C’s on, the fabrics are beautiful,
and we’re always having a good time – please join us!
