ASSMANN WSW components, Hersteller von
Standard- und kundenspezifischen Kühlkörpern, bietet
als Weiterentwicklung der Finger- und Kleinkühlkörper
auch Aufsteckkühlkörper an. Der Vorteil dieser
Generation liegt in der vereinfachten und zeitsparenden
Montage. Dabei bilden beim Aufschienen des
Kühlkörpers auf das Transistorgehäuse die Kühlfinger
eine Klemmfeder, durch die das Gehäuse an den
Kühlkörper gedrückt wird. Durch den gleichmäßigen
Andruck entsteht ein optimaler Wärmeübergang. Diese
Serie ist in verschiedenen Längen für unterschiedliche
Verlustleistungen einsetzbar und bietet bei horizontalem
und vertikalem Einbau wirksame Wärmeabstrahlung.
Zur zusätzlichen Fixierung auf der Leiterplatte sind
Lötfstifte in gerader und gewinkelter Version erhältlich.
Wärmewiderstände > 16 K/W werden hierbei realisiert.
Durch die schmale Ausführung ist der Platzbedarf
hierbei geringer als bei jedem anderen Kühlkörper.
Ihren Einsatz finden diese Produkte von ASSMANN

angefangen von industriellen Applikationen, in der
Telekommunikation, sowie dem Consumer- und
Automobilbereich.
As an enhancement of finger-shaped heatsinks,
ASSMANN WSW components, manufacturer of
standard- and customized heatsinks offers attachable
heatsinks. The easy and time-saving assembly is the
advantage of this generation. By pushing the heatsink
onto the transistor housing, the cooling fingers form
spring clamps which press the transistor housing onto the
heatsink. Due to uniform pressure optimal heat transfer
will be realised. This series is in different lengths for
varied dissipation power suitable and offer at horizontal
and vertical installation effective heat emission.
For additional fixing on pcb, solder pins in straight and
angled version are available.
Thermal resistance > 16 K/W is achievable. Due to the
narrow version this variation takes less space than any
other heat sink.
These ASSMANN WSW components heatsinks are
used within industrial-, telecom-, consumer- and
automotive applications.
