Mrs Michelle Liau
- a Retrospective
Mrs Liau with DSS staff
On an outing
Mrs Michelle Liau joined APSN as the Principal of Delta Senior School (DSS) on 15 December
2011. After 3 years with APSN, she is set to move on to the next chapter of her life.
Before her departure, we had a heart to heart talk on her journey with APSN and DSS.
Q) In your many years with APSN, what learning points
have you gained from a SPED school compared to
being in a mainstream school?
Diversity – There is a lot more diversity in SPED and it is
even more critical to focus on person-centred practices
to cater to the diverse needs of learners in the SPED
schools.
Redefining Success – Success as defined in SPED is just
as individualised. To each and every child, success is
to be able to be the best that they can be, given their
abilities and unique talents in their own ways.
They will always be able to magically lift up my spirit and
make me feel that all the challenges are worth the while.
Q) What have you learnt that you will bring along to
your next career venture (whichever place it may be)
The emphasis on self-determination will help every
child, not only in SPED, to achieve success. Similarly in
adults, this spirit of self-determination will support us
in challenges that will come along our way in whatever
career venture we will be in.
Q) What do you hope to see in the future of DSS?
Inclusiveness – It will take the society to embrace
inclusiveness for more opportunities to be available to
our students in SPED schools. Our students do not need
sympathy as many in the mainstream may think, they
need avenues to showcase that they too can contribute
if given the right environment and support.
DSS will continue to groom dignified and contributing
individuals who will do the school and nation proud.
As a school, DSS will be progressive and achieve more
breakthroughs in the future.
Self-determination – Driving self-determination is the
key to the success of students in SPED schools. This
can only be achieved with concerted effort from all
significant others of the child. Self-determination comes
with realistic expectations in order to realise the full
potential of students with special needs.
The beautiful people in APSN - the support provided by
CEO, HQ staff, fellow Principals and Dir/CFA has been
very much appreciated. The guidance and support from
President and SMC members are equally critical in my
learning journey.
Q) State some unforgettable moments you have had
as Principal of DSS
For every moment that my students shine, it is
unforgettable to me.
Q) What brings you joy when you were in DSS?
The students are my source of joy and motivation.
Whenever the going gets tough, all I need to do is to
step out of the office and interact with the students.
Q) What would you miss (the most) working in APSN?
I will definitely miss all my staff who have believed in me
and supported me, especially my Heads of Departments
and Coordinators who without whom, DSS will not have
achieved so much.
Q) Last words of wisdom
We all have our own life to pursue, our own kind of
dream to be weaving, and we all have the power to
make wishes come true, as long as we keep believing.
- Louisa May Alcott

In Conversation with
Mdm Aslinah
Mdm Aslinah Ahmad joined APSN as the Principal
of Chaoyang School (CYS) on 15 June 2011. After
3.5 years with CYS, she is geared up for her next
challenge as Principal of Delta Senior School
(DSS). We had the privilege of catching up with
the new DSS Principal before her major move…
Mdm Aslinah with Chaoyang Staff
Q) What challenges are you expecting from this move?
•
Mdm Aslinah with Chaoyang Staff
Q) In your many years with APSN, what learning points
have you gained from being the Principal of CYS?
•
The education and development of each special
needs child require the support of multiple
stakeholders or significant others – teacher,
therapists, parent/caregiver, government/help
agencies, etc. All hands need to be on deck and
work together in a concerted manner to bring about
the best outcome possible for the child.
•
Teachers and other staff in the school need caring
too. The support that the school leader gives to the
staff goes a long way in motivating them to give
their best for the students, however tough the day
gets.
•
Being the Principal of a SPED school is truly multifaceted, in terms of its job description. There are
varied accountabilities, and one has to be deft in
meeting all the needs and requirements.
Q) What challenges are you expecting from this move?
•
Constantly connecting with the diverse staff &
student population, many of whom are not always
physically in the DSS campus. This is due to the
nature of DSS curriculum, where students are at
work sites at different parts of their course.
•
The student issues in DSS will definitely be different
from those I have experienced in Chaoyang. I am
keenly aware that the DSS student population
ranges from adolescents to young working adults.
Accordingly, I will be faced with the relevant issues
of this age group.
•
Leading DSS poses the challenge of the limited
time left to deliver the ultimate goal of educating
our APSN students – that they are reaching their full
potential as independent and integral members of
society when they graduate. While it might not be
said in the same words, parents and the community
have the same expectations too, with sometimes
exaggerated perceptions of the students’ potential.
Q) State some unforgettable moments you have had
as Principal of CYS.
•
4
The overwhelming spirit and emotional high of the
CYS Team upon successfully putting up the APSN
Annual Dinner 2014.
•
The various moments when a child gets physically
aggressive during meltdowns, and how I felt, each
time, “ïf only a hug would work…”
•
The occasions when my heart felt the pride as
Chaoyang rose for recognition at various SPED
and national platforms. These include staff getting
awards, students performing in public or showing
their mettle in sports.
CYS was my first posting to a SPED school, and it
gave me a first-ever experience in leading a school
for special needs. It has been a rich learning ground
for me. That experience gives me the confidence as I
move to DSS, in taking on the varied responsibilities
that are in the role of a SPED school leader. In line
with the “many helping hands” approach, there may
often be a need for reference, primarily to APSN
HQ, MOE SPED Branch, NCSS or other relevant
stakeholders, as I undertake any critical issue that
may surface. In this regard, the network of contacts
or references that I have established in my first stint
in SPED will certainly be useful, including that with
fellow Principals in APSN.
Q) Words of wisdom for the new Principal of CYS
•
For me, it has been useful to always centre myself
and my purpose around what is best for the child,
each time I felt challenged in the job. Loving
the children, guiding them with a firm hand, and
working towards who they can become, keep up
my motivation. The same thought when articulated,
also helps in influencing my interactions with staff
and other stakeholders.
In Conversation with
Mdm Yazilah Amir
Mdm Yazilah Amir, the new
Principal of Chaoyang School
Mdm Yazilah Amir has joined the APSN family as the Principal of Chaoyang
School (CYS) on 15 December 2014. With more than 35 years of experience
in mainstream school, Mdm Yazilah has changed gears and have accepted
the challenging role of leading a SPED school. Let’s get to know more
of Mdm Yazilah and her hopes for her new appointment in APSN CYS.
Q) What are your hobbies?
In my spare time, I enjoy doing craftwork, reading and
singing as it helps me to relieve stress. I love gardening
and talking to my plants even though they do not talk
back. Travelling excites me. The experience of getting
lost, talking to natives, exploring new places and
savouring different foods expands my appreciation for
life.
Q) What would be your first big initiative taking over
CYS
To focus on the curriculum – Pedagogical Practices and
Instructional Strategies to engage pupils and bringing
flow in learning
Q) What are you looking forward to in your new
position
Opportunities to grow through learning and delving into
a realm that is different from what I was used to.
Q) What do you hope to bring from your mainstream
experience to the SPED setting
Q) What challenges are you expecting from the shift
Raising professionalism amongst staff geared towards
Positive Education. Providing platforms for pupils to
think and respecting their thinking.
- Can I divorce myself from the norms I am used to
Mindset change for me and the people I am working
with.
- Can I bring new norms to the organisation for its growth

On 30 October 2014, 63 students from Tanglin
School were invited to the Singtel Carnival at
Big Splash, East Coast Park. An event organized
by the employees of Singtel, students had a
great time at the carnival. Mr Yuen Kuan Moon,
Chairman of STLF, was also present interacting
with the students and beneficiaries from various
VWOs. Transportation, food and generous prizes
were sponsored by SingTel.
Our students enjoyed themselves thoroughly and
returned to school with bags filled with prizes and
goodies from the 35 stalls at the carnival. They
were tired but happy from the fun-filled day and
they looked forward to another carnival in 2015.

MUSICAL RAISES $50,000 FOR APSN
Local independent musical, Firefly in the Light
– A New Musical, ended on a high note on 20
November 2014 at The Arts House (Chamber),
raising $50,000 which can be matched dollar for
dollar under Care and Share for the Association
for Persons with Special Needs (APSN). The
proceeds will go towards the APSN Student Care
Centre and APSN CFA training development
programmes to train persons with mild intellectual
disabilities.
Firefly in the Light - A New Musical showcased a
coming-of-age story with twelve original songs
written and composed by 17-year-old Singaporean,
Shayna Toh, and was presented by a cast of young
6
talents from the region. She said, “We hope,
through the example we have set, that we are able
to inspire other youths to believe in their artistic
work and motivate them to bring those works to
life while seeing possibilities, at the same time, for
such projects to support the community and raise
awareness for pertinent causes.”
“We are grateful that Firefly in the Light - A New
Musical, has chosen to support APSN and we
see this community initiative as a fine example
of empowered youth working to serve other
youths. We hope that it will lead the way for other
independent initiatives towards our cause,” said
President of APSN, Mr Chan Chee Keong.

RUN TO BOND
APSN has formed a partnership with Runninghour Co-Operative in the
effort to increase understanding and support towards people with special
needs. Runninghour Co-Operative will be organising a National Inclusive
Race in 2015.
On 25 October 2014 at the Bishan Stadium, the launch of the run was made
by Deputy Secretary of MCCY, Mr Hugh Lim. The turnout was energetic as
they made their way to run 50 laps on the track in conjunction with SG50.
Volunteers were running hand-in-hand with their special needs charges while
forging a friendship at the same time.
Runninghour Co-Operative will garner volunteers to run or walk with
intellectually challenged youths at the race and pre–race trainings. They have
also organised numerous pre-race workshops to help volunteers understand
their roles.

Farewell lunch for Mrs Michelle Liau
Welcoming the Change
The new year of 2015 will witness changes in
leadership in two of our schools.
After three years at the helm of Delta Senior School
(DSS), Mrs Michelle Liau will be leaving to join
her husband in Bangkok who is on overseas job
assignment. Mrs Liau became Principal of DSS in
December 2011 when the school was still located
at Delta Avenue. She and her staff undertook
the mammoth task of moving to a purpose-built
school at Choa Chu Kang Grove in 2013 and this
was followed by the successful opening of the
school by Minister for Education Mr Heng Swee
Kiat in May 2014. During her tenure as Principal
she implemented the Transition Programme which
enabled our graduating secondary 4 students to
transit to DSS for further vocational training. Mrs
Liau is a very friendly and approachable person and
she is much loved by her colleagues, students and
parents. She will be greatly missed by all.
Taking over as Principal of DSS is Mdm Aslinah
Ahmad the current Principal of Chaoyang School
(CYS). Mdm Aslinah has headed CYS for the past
three and a half years and she has worked hard
to broaden and strengthen the School’s links with
corporate partners and supporters. Mdm Aslinah
has put in extra time and effort to revamp our
Before and After School Care programme. She has
also completed planning the layout of the new
Mdm Aslinah receiving farewell present from pupil and
VP Mdm Siti Anita
Chaoyang School which will replace the existing
one in 2018. Staff, students and parents of CYS will
miss her leadership but they can take comfort in
the knowledge that she is still with us at APSN. We
thank Mdm Aslinah for accepting the challenge to
head DSS in the coming years.
Replacing Mdm Aslinah as Principal of CYS is Mdm
Yazilah Bte Amir. Mdm Yazilah has been an educator
for the past 35 years. She was a Vice Principal of
Henry Park Primary School and for the last 8 years
was the Principal of Bukit Timah Primary School. We
welcome her to the APSN family and look forward
to tapping her vast experience in the education of
our students.

Best Buddies Camp 2015
Best Buddies is a non-profit programme
that strives to establish a global volunteer
movement that creates opportunities for oneto-one friendships, integrated employment and
leadership development for people with Mild
Intellectual Disability.
One of the major components of the program, and
the keystone of the Best Buddies mission, is to
provide the opportunity for one-to-one friendships.
Best Buddies has identified the population most
in need of this service to be individuals with MID
who do not have many opportunities to socialize
and form relationships with their peers without
10
MID. All friendships formed are peer relationships
in which both members commit to participate in
age appropriate activities. By participating in these
activities, participants are given the opportunity to
develop social skills in fun and safe environment.
As part of the Best Buddies programme, 15 clients
from APSN CFA and their buddies from NUS
attended 2 days, 1 night camp on 3 and 4 January
2015. The camp was filled with engaging activities
that educate the clients and members meaning of
appreciating one another, team work, leadership
and endurance.

On 13 September 2014, 51 volunteers from
Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd
brought a group of APSN CFA clients for a movie
outing accompanied with lunch at McDonald’s.
The volunteers had a great time interacting
and having fun with the clients and members
from Centre for Adults through games before
heading off to the cinema. Both the volunteers
and beneficiaries enjoyed the movie. Thank you

The APSN Student Care Centre located in
Chaoyang School aims to providing a conducive
environment for children with special needs
aged 7 to 18 with both parents working. This
is to encourage both parents to remain in
employment while knowing that their child is
taken care of during their working hours. We
operate from 7.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays
catering to children attending both the morning
and afternoon sessions in school.
The SCC also operates during school holidays so
that parents do not have to worry about their child
being left alone during this period. We believe
that every child is unique and has their own set of
abilities and talents. We hope to help these children
and equip them with life skills that would help to
optimise their physical and social development in
the future.

Theatre HORA
CFA clients were given an opportunity
to take part in a workshop with Theatre
HORA from 8 to 20 Sept 2014. There were
also members from the Y Stars, DSA and
the Hora ID actors in the group.
During the training, clients were allowed
to have a free play and expression of their
actions and movements. At the end, the
participants of the workshop were invited to
do perform although it was not compulsory.
Although many of our clients are not as
creative as the others, the workshop gave
them the opportunity to explore and express
their feelings. It is also a good platform for
them to interact with people outside of the
school settings. In addition, it allowed the
clients’ parents to see a different side of
their child which they might not have noticed
prior to this.
In conclusion, the workshop allowed the
clients to unleash their creative side and
they had fun in the process.

Delta Senior School held their Graduation
ceremony on 14 November 2014 with Mr Harry

event as the Guest of Honour. The theme for the
graduation day was “Reaching for the Stars” and
in the words of Mrs Liau, DSS Principal, “was apt
as our graduates continue their journey in life
with hopes and dreams waiting to be fulfilled”.
This year, the relaxed tea setting allowed the
graduands to have more time to interact with
their friends and family.
The valedictorian for the year, LAU CHOON HOCK,
who gained full time employment with The Coffee
Bean & Tea Leaf as a Barista, mentioned that he is
happy that he is finally working and credited the
Principal and staff for motivating and encouraging
him.
One of the highlights was the surprise farewell
segment dedicated to Mrs Michelle Liau, DSS
Principal who was leaving the school and the
association. As Mrs Liau serenaded the graduands
with 2 lovely songs, the staff showed a montage of
her and her journey through DSS. The background

CITY GAS YOUNG CHEFS
CHALLENGE 2014
The Food & Beverage (FB) Year 3 culinary
students went against all odds when they were
awarded “Best Dessert” in the City Gas Young
Chefs Challenge 2014. Serving as a platform for
aspiring chefs from the age of 16 to 25 years old,
this competition also provided our students with
the adequate exposure to compete and perform
under intense circumstances.
On the early morning of 2 August 2014, both FB
Year 1 & 3 culinary students headed to Shatec
Institute, armed with their ammunition of kitchen
tools, ready to demonstrate and showcase
their culinary skills against renowned culinary
competitors such as Shatec Institute, Temasek
and Nanyang Polytechnics. The Year 1 FB culinary
students were led by Chef Jonathan, while Chef
Wenfu, led the Year 3 FB culinary students.

The panel of judges was made up of distinguished
individuals, who are no strangers to the culinary
world, such as Chef Randy Chow (Temasek
Polytechnic, Baking & Culinary Science), Executive
Chef Louis Tay (The Tanglin Club), Chef Edmund
Toh (President, Singapore Chefs Association), Mr
Ng Yong Hwee (President & CEO, City Gas), as
well as Executive Chef Kong Kok Kiang (One Farrer
Hotel & Spa).
Students were tasked to prepare an eclectic mix
of six Tapas in line with the theme of Singapore
Heritage Food, within the timeframe of two hours.
The six Tapas should also consist of two hot entrees,
two cold entrees (using any desired US poultry as
key ingredient), a soup and a dessert. Once done,
students were then required to do a presentation
of their chosen line of Tapas to the panel of judges.
Coupled with the baking skills of DSS’s talented
pastry chef- Chef Max, the ingenuity Black Sesame

was born. Championing the success for the F&B
team was also the Horticulture department, led by
Mr. Farid and Ms. Joanora. With their meticulous
eye for details, Mr. Farid and Ms. Joanora used
creative materials revolving around plants and
floral designs adorning the table setting for food
presentation.
To bridge the gap of exposure and realism of
industry standards, the FB department looks
forward to participating in more competitions in
the near future.

students and provided motivation for them to join
the Hotel & Housekeeping Industry.
Participants from 27 hotels & 4 institutions
joined together to showcase their skills. The
Challenge provided a platform for our students to
associate with hoteliers and students from various
participating institutions. It set a stage for them
to showcase the knowledge, efficiency & skills
they have acquired from DSS amongst the 124
participants. They were tested on skills such as
Glass Cleaning, Towel Origami and Bed Making.
The Challenge also displayed the teamwork of our
students.

The Purple Parade is a movement that supports
the inclusion and celebrates the abilities of
persons with special needs. It is an annual event
since 2013. This year it was held on 15 November
at Hong Lim Park.
The purple colour symbolizes solidarity for
persons with special needs in Singapore and
the square signifies equality (equal length on all
sides), inclusiveness and a strong building block.
Delta Senior School had the privilege of having
parents from the Parents Support Group, staffs,
and students from ITE College West to participate
in the contingent as well as having our ukulele
performers on stage. Everyone put in their best
after the countless practices and preparations and
did DSS and themselves proud on that day!

Celebrating
Fanny’s Achievement
The OSTA
Mrs Fanny Ong dedicates herself to the vision and mission of
APSN, Tanglin School and the needs of students as the centre
of her work. She was instrumental in the conceptualization and
implementation of the 3D-Technology @TS, providing students
with the opportunity to explore new technology, utilize their
creativity and problem-solving skills as they prepare themselves
for jobs in the 21st century.
As the Head-of-Department for ICT, Mrs Fanny Ong has developed the
Robotics in Education curriculum for all levels. These innovations are
testimonies of the school’s holistic educational approach to develop

Robotics in Education @ Tanglin School
Robotics in Education @Tanglin School is
developed to meet students’ diverse learning
needs from Secondary 1 to 4. The LEGO StopMotion Animation is offered to the Lower
Secondary students while the MindStorms
Robotics are for the Upper Secondary students.
The robotics curriculum comprises of 4 stages
namely Building Foundation, Motion, Storytelling
and Problems Solving. Each stage is designed
to engage the students in Literacy, Numeracy,
Science & Problem-Solving skills.
The motivational effect of robotics has enabled
students to complete either a digital animation or a
functional robot. The programme enables students
to learn more about themselves and the world in
which they reside. The lower secondary students
created video clips that exemplify the school
values, while the upper secondary students built
robots that convey the message of environmental
conservation through a robotics competition.

Katong School in The Purple Parade
Katong School, together with a more than 60-member
strong marching contingent from the APSN schools, had
made a bold statement at the Purple Parade movement on
15 November 2014. We shared solidarity with the special
needs community and supported their inclusion. Organised
for the second year running, The Purple Parade raised
greater awareness and celebrated the abilities of persons
with disabilities.
Marching to the same rhythm and beat of eccentric genius Willy
Wonka, Katong School was represented by 34 enthusiastic
parents, bubbly students and energetic staff. Holding on to
five Golden Tickets and Charlie’s lifetime supply of chocolates,
the team paraded dazzlingly to a purple-bedecked stage at
Hong Lim Park. In purple costumes, interesting bows, fanciful
specs, party hats, woolly gloves and heart-shaped purple
balloons, delighted Wonka gleefully showed the passion and
meaning of this special event. Our theme, Willy Wonka, is a
character in the classic Roald Dahl children’s book Charlie and
the Chocolate Factory.
“It is my first time! I’m so happy to be here in this carnival with
so many friends!” Florence chortled. “I like the carnival in the
park with games, foods, performances, music and dance and
where so many people show their support for persons with
disabilities,” added a parent contingent member.

Graduation &
Prize Giving Day 2014
“Every Child Every Opportunity” was the theme
for Katong School Prize Giving and Graduation
Day on 14 November 2014. The theme was chosen
to articulate and share the school belief that every
child who walks through our door is provided
with quality education, i.e. to be equipped with
relevant and functional knowledge and skills that
he can carry with him through his school years
and beyond, so that he is equipped to be active
in the community and valued in society.
On this memorable day, students were presented
awards in recognition of their achievements in
the academic areas of literacy and numeracy as
well as for their performance in WPLN. Students
from both the primary and secondary levels put up
vibrant performances that showcased their various
talents. There was a special item by our graduating
students performing a rendition of the song, “Do I
Make You Proud”. We wish the graduating students
many fulfilling years ahead as they embark on their
learning journey.

Thirteen students from Secondary 3 performed an Indian Dance in ‘A Nation in Concert 2014 A Wetlands Adventure’ at the Marina Bay Sands on 8 November 2014. The event was a musical
showcasing the talents of the differently-abled persons.
Our students had an invaluable experience performing alongside theatre professionals. The shows focused
on the vision of providing an inclusive platform for all to showcase their talents. It has indeed inspired our
students to rise above
their comfort zone and
apply the school values
to persevere, achieve
and contribute to the
event. Their months of

and they deserved a
heartfelt appreciation
for playing their part

OctoBurst Performance
@ The Esplanade
The Katong School Percussion Band
In conjunction with Children’s Day, Katong
School was invited to showcase our young
talent at OctoBurst, a children’s festival
organized by The Esplanade on 3 October
2014. About fifty students from the secondary
level participated in a 30-minute performance
which included the Guzheng Ensemble and
Percussion CCA.
They entertained the audience with their
musical renditions. The Performing Arts
students mesmerised the floor with three dance
items, namely Chinese, Malay and pop dances.
The finale, a Zumba dance, was choreographed
by our student, Rachel from Sec 3/1 and the
crowd thoroughly enjoyed the fast number. We
rejoiced with the students as their long-drawn
practice paid off when the audience applauded
and shared congratulatory greetings. The
school was also elated to receive a postcard
from the OctoBurst team expressing their joy
and appreciation for our participation.

Friend of Singa (FOS) - Clean Canteen Table Project
Our canteen ambassadors together with teachers feeling proud
to receive the Friend of Singa Merit Award
Katong School participated in Friend of Singa
(FOS) “A gesture of kindness starts with
me” project promoting a clean canteen and
encouraging students to practise good table
manners in school.
The FOS ambassadors engaged students by
conducting an assembly talk on good table
manners. A video on table manners was created
by student ambassadors with the help of a teacher.
Student ambassadors rated the cleanliness of the
canteen during recess by using a checklist and
awarding points to the best-performing class. This
resulted in a clean environment and helped students
become more gracious. It was heart-warming to
see the students taking pride in carrying out their
assigned duties as ambassadors, having fun and
most importantly, learning that kindness starts
with them. The school was awarded the Friend of
Singa Merit Award for the concerted effort put in
by the students and teachers.
“It is my first time! I’m so happy to be here in this
carnival with so many friends!” Florence chortled.
“I like the carnival in the park with games, foods,
performances, music and dance and where so
many people show their support for persons with
disabilities,” added a parent contingent member.
Performing Arts Showcase
@ CYS
The Performing Arts acts as a
platform for pupils to practice
speaking good English , learn to
play musical instruments such as
ukelele, drums or angklung and
dance and act in a non-threatening
environment so that they can build
their self-esteem.
The pupils performed in a 2 hour
long performance showcase entitled,
“Tales From Afar”. Parents were
beaming with pride as they saw
their children take to the stage in
song, dance pr drama depicting 15
different countries. At the end of the
day, this was exactly what the school
had hoped for; an opportunity for the
parents to take pride in knowing that
their children are capable of much
more than what they possibly thought!
Well done, pupils and teachers, your
hard work has definitely created a
warm feeling in the parents’ hearts
on 4 September 2014!

Title: Singapore 50th Birthday
Singapore is a small and a beautiful island. I am proud to say I was born in this
country even though I was living in Malaysia for eleven years. Singapore is a
multicultural society. Different societies celebrate different ways. There are
many places for us to relax like the parks and beaches. For me I love going
to the park because whenever I feel down I will just hear the birds chirping.
There are also a lot of tourist attraction and heritage centres dotted all over
this island. I would like to thank Mr Lee Kuan Yew, our former Prime Minister
for bringing Singapore this far. Happy 50th Independence Birthday!

My strength is talking confidently on the stage in front of many people.
When I was fourteen years old I joined FOV (Finding Our Voice) Library
Management Club in Tanglin School. Singtel invited me to go for Singtel

Tanglin School encourage me to speak confidently and teach me some
presentation skills. When my turn is up, all the people stood up to invite me
to the stage. After that, the Singtel people came to me and said, “Good job
Jane, keep going on and your dream will come true. “A few days later, the
Singtel people came to the school to give me a shirt, a badminton racket
and a thank you card. This time I discovered my strength and keep going
