A document that contains best practices for promoting your event,

An 8.5x11 poster in both a PDF to help you promote,

The poster in a JPG version so you can post to social media and share with your network,

The flyers (four to a page) to be distributed to your supporters. Guests should bring this to Margaritas on the night of the
event so we can properly apply the donation to their check and

A raffle waiver, should you wish to include a raffle in your event.
