Team Challenge (2.5-3.5 hours)
•  Groups will be divided into teams of 4-8 people
•  Teams will then compete for points over
4 activities:
– NorthFace: Rock Climbing Wall
– ParaJump: 15m free fall descent simulator
– ClimbMax: 36 obstacle high ropes course
– MegaZip: 75m high, 450m long zip-wire
•  Teams have to work together and develop
strategies to score the most points, using the
strengths and attributes of team members
•  The team with the highest score at the conclusion
of the MegaZip is declared the winner.

Icebreaking
A good way to get to know your teammates better
and to warm-up for the challenges ahead.
Our professional facilitator will run through the
day’s events. Teams are encouraged to share any
objectives, and their thoughts on how they can
achieve them.

Earn ‘MegaZip Dollars’ from the activities –
the team with the most money emerges as
the winner!
ClimbMax
3 levels of obstacle courses to challenge
individuals to step out of their comfort zone.
Teams will navigate the course together.
ParaJump
A 15m Freefall Simulator – the ultimate
challenge for building self-confidence!
NorthFace
Challenge yourself on our 15m
rock climbing wall!
MegaZip
At 75 metres high, 450 metres long and speeds of
60 km/h, teams will finish with MegaZip, the ride
of your life!
In groups of 3, challenge your mates to see who
will reach the end of this exhilarating ride first!
Debrief
Teams gather at the end of the program to share
their experience – what they have learnt, what
they felt, and what they can take away from the
day’s events.
