and are proud to offer for the first time. The villa was finished one
year ago and has been decorated in a cool minimalist style with a
warm Indonesian twist making it a lovely house for summer living.
The house is in a superb location. Can Torrent is only a
5 minute walk to Es Torrent beach and restaurant, seen by many
as the best beach restaurant on the island, and only 4 minutes
drive from Cala Jondal’s famous beach clubs…..oh, and there’s
also Es Xarcu beach and restaurant which is just 3 minutes away
and also competes for Ibiza’s best seafood restaurant title!
The house is surrounded by pines, sits on a large plot and is
very private. It is a great spot to relax and to explore the island’s
beautiful and chic south coast.
Accommodation
Think spacious and you have Can Torrent. All five bedrooms
are a great size, the open plan living area is plentiful and the
kitchen is fantastic making it the perfect house for entertaining.
You walk straight from the inside dining area to the outside
dining terrace and the pool terrace so there is a great focus to
the house. All the accommodation is over one floor and the
house has been prepared for high quality rentals.
