and best of all, wife and mother of four amazing kids. Creator of Chezelle Dezines (CD Weddings).
Cited as “one of the top wedding organizers on the island” by ¡Qué Pasa! Magazine, she has collaborated on
numerous projects geared towards the luxury destination wedding market with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company
who has acknowledged her efforts by officially endorsing her as the go-to person for destination weddings on the
island. Destination Weddings & Honeymoons Magazine has placed her on their A-List as one of the top planners.
Her knowledge in the industry has opened opportunities for her as a speaker at Inspire Smart Success - Riviera
Maya 2014, Carmel 2015 & Maui 2016, a four-day experience for wedding industry professionals and also for
the International Tourism Expo (ETI) hosted by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company where she spoke to travel agents
and wedding industry peers from around the globe at the wedding pavillion.
She enjoys collaborating for publications like Inspire Smart Success Magazine and Caribbean Bride Magazine
where she was named Ambassador for Puerto Rico. She received her certification from the Lovegevity Wedding

Brenda Fernández is the founder and CEO of Dream Weddings Mexico, a luxurious destination wedding planning
firm created in 2003. She is also the CEO of the South Asian Wedding Institute. The Institute is the first in America
that specializes in provide education of the South Asian wedding industry for wedding planners, travel agents
and vendors.
S.A.W.I. has certified more than 70 wedding planners and has done several workshops with travel agents from
USA and Canada. South Asian Wedding Certification is now presented once a year in destinations like Cancun,
Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. Brenda is ABC´s State Director of Quintana
Roo, ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) is an Association that focuses in continuous training and education
as well as networking. Brenda is one of 62 wedding planners in the world that owns the tittle of Master Bridal
Consultant. Brenda is certified in Indian weddings by a recognized institute in Mumbai, India, in gay weddings
by the Gay Wedding Institute and Green Weddings by The Green Bride Guide. She is also an active member
of the wedding club of the Cancun Visitor Board since 2008. Since 2012 Brenda has been giving conferences,
trainings, workshops to wedding planners and travel agents of the Wedding and Romance Industry. Brenda,
through her firm has planned more than 450 weddings and the number keeps growing.

Camelú Millán Vargas is a graduate of ITESM CEM with a degree in Communications . She is also a Master
Wedding Planner by the Association of Bridal Consultants ABC.
Since 1994 she started her company called Diseño Nupcial, and has organized more than 500 weddings.
Camelú has also specilaizes in Destination Weddings. In 2005 she organized the First Convention for ABC in
Mexico and thanks to this convention she became the Director of the Association of Bridal Consultants Chapter
Mexico and Latin America.
Since then she has been dedicated to promote and professionalize the wedding industry. She has taught in the
US, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia now. She has also taught at schools as CESSA, TEC and IBERO.

As a leading respected professional in the market, Angela Proffitt has been planning and producing weddings
and events for many years, nationally and internationally. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology with an emphasis in psychology. After working
in a mental health facility, she realized her creativity and communication skills were best utilized in planning
& producing events. Angela left the healthcare industry and began Vivid Experiences, a full service planning
company creating unique ideas to enhance the experience, using modern technology.
Following in the footsteps of her uncle, who spent over thirty-five years in the wedding industry, Angela has since
established herself as one of the most dedicated, well rounded, and proficient experts in the industry. Drawing
from her psychology background, Angela has experience in working with a variety of personalities, to which
her common motive is always focused on what is best for her clients. Her unique and incomparable approach
extends beyond the highest level of creativity and she prides herself on managing each innovative personal detail
while adhering to privacy requests.
