I would also like to introduce you to TRAVERSE ERP. TRAVERSE ERP is our flagship solution that uses the latest
Microsoft technology. The SouthWare product line will have much of its functionality migrated to the TRAVERSE
technology platform, which will be known as TRAVERSE SouthWare. TRAVERSE solutions are flexible, easy to use,
scalable, and adaptable to respond rapidly to the organization’s internal and external changing needs. Traditional
accounting/ERP systems were designed for the challenges of the past, cannot effectively respond to today’s demands,
are monolithic, complex to configure, hard to use, costly to maintain, incompatible with other software, difficult to
upgrade, and outdated.

Many of our clients have asked us for a new technology platform, while leveraging SouthWare functionality. The
SouthWare product line will have much of its functionality migrated to the TRAVERSE technology platform, which will
be known as TRAVERSE SouthWare. This will give two options; either to stay with your existing SouthWare software if
you are happy with the existing technology, or a growth path to TRAVERSE SouthWare, which will be a new solution
leveraging today's technology.

TRAVERSE ERP is the foundation for TRAVERSE SouthWare. TRAVERSE includes design tools that allow you to add
custom fields, change the screen and report designs, and distribute unique functionality for people in each role
