very good public connections so that you can reach any part in Bonn well. The apartments are also
an ideal location for exploring the Rhine country and for trips to Cologne. Our aim is, in particular,
to link our apartments with high hygienic standards, functional features and competitive price! If
you are not satisfied with us, times have questions or suggestions, then please give us a feedback.

The apartment is located in Friedland Strasse 1, 53117 Bonn, on the 2nd floor of a clean and quiet
building with 6 residential units in the center of Bonn-bush village. The quiet apartment faces the
courtyard. To Bonn city center is about 4km.
Shopping / infrastructure: bakery, ATM, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, as well as doctors and
dentists are in close proximity. In about 1km away is a shopping center with a large hit market,
Aldi, bakery, coffee shop, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy, drugstore, and several retail stores
as well as doctors and hair.
Freeway: 2km in all directions
Public Transport: All Bonn city are within easy reach.
Subway: Take the subway line 16 (to the stop is about 400m) is the travel time to the city center /
main station about 8min. (in the other direction it goes directly to Cologne to Dom / Hbf)
Bus: Bus number 604 (to the stop is about 300m) needed for the journey to the city center about

district with many parks and good infrastructure.

bakery, coffee, fruit and vegetable shop, drugstore, pharmacy and

150m. Due to the downtown location shops, bakeries, theaters, Beethoven Hall, University, Rhine
promenade, pier, etc. as well as public transport are all within walking distance quickly.
