DESIGNED AROUND YOU
You can run EXTREME LT and LTC in any crop you want: grass hay, oat hay, wheat residue, corn stalk,
corncob, rotary straw, silage, or soybean residue. Regardless windrows sizes, curves, hills, LT or LTC
create perfect bales; the extra-wide pick-up (up tp 87 in.) sweeps up more hay in a single pass while
the over-size drive chains ensure durability, longer life, and greater uptime. The centralized autolubrication system decreases service intervals and the larger tires (400/60-15.5) give greater
shock load absorption in rough soil while providing improved flotation over soft ground.

PICK-UP AND FEEDING SYSTEMS
Pick-up: LT series is characterized by an extra wide pick-up (widths available: 74, 79, and 87 in) with 3 rows
of tines to pick up every stem, also in corners and bends. LTC features a 13 blade cutter rotor.
As an option, the LT series comes complete with the roller crop press, which condenses the windrow and
makes smoother and faster the product flow to the feeding system.

The LT round baler series produce bales 4-ft wide and up to 5-ft tall. The bale diameter can be
adjusted from 1½ ft to 5 ft meeting feeding and handling requirements. From the cab, clients can
also set the pressure of the core, center and outer layer (max 210 bar) according to the hay conditions (humidity). The soft core diameter can be adjusted from 0 to 4 ft.

THOUGH BELTS
The baling chamber features five 3-layer belts (9 inch wide) in order to surround the entire width of
the bale reducing crop loss and maintaining crop quality.
DRIVE SYSTEM
LT series offer fewer heavy-duty drive chains automatically tensioned by a double spring system
and lubricated by a centralized lubricating system.

EASYTRONIC
Simple and easy controller gives all the key functions to bale fast:
-Baling control: indicators alert you when size is reached, wrapping begins and ends, when the bale is
ejected.
-Bale density: you can set a constant pressure chamber or adjust separately the core, central and outer
layers of the bale.
-Wrapping: let you choose twine or net wrap, with the option to manually start wrapping undersized
bales.
-Assistance: warning indicators alert if the gate is left open or if there’s a problem in the wrapping process.
TOPTRONIC
On this controller we kept the key functions of the previous monitor adding the possibility to handle
the combo (twine + net) wrapping system in a large graphic display.

SETTING A NEW STANDARD
Whether you work all week or weekends only, the EXTREME LT ECO series is the perfect combination
of economy and productivity. The extra-wide pick-up makes sure you get a good hold of windblown
windrows with minimal crop loss. LT ECO series comes as standard with the bale ejector, hydraulic
pick-up lifting, combo (twine + net) wrapping system, and EASYTRONIC controller.

PICK-UP AND FEEDING SYSTEMS
Pick-up: LT ECO is characterized as standard by the widest pick-up available on the market (width: 87 in)
with 3 rows of tines to sweeps up more hay in a single pass. Right behind the pick-up, the LT ECO has
an alternative feed rotor with 16 blades (pitch 2 ¾ in.) to boost baler performance. LTC ECO features
a 13 knife cutter rotor in a double spiral for superior cutting quality.

Variable configuration
By our VARIABLE and GEOMETRY CHAMBER balers you can bale any product regardless of its humidity.
The special baling chamber with two belt tensioners make bales with different core compression values
(from 50 to 210 bar) and diameters (up to 4 ft.).
From the cab, you can choose among different core bale compression programs:
• compression performed by setting an initial value and a final value of the pressure which acts starting
from a predetermined adjustable core diameter (soft or hard core bale).
• compression performed with a constant pressure during the whole process (constant density bale)

The HT series round baler produce bales 4-ft wide and up to 6-ft tall. The bale diameter can be adjusted
from 1½-ft up to 6-ft meet feeding and handling requirements. The soft core, diameter can be adjust
from 0 to 4 ft. The extra-wide pick-up (up to 87 in.) with four different feeding systems (HT: alternative
feeder, HTR: feed rotor, HTC, HTU feed cutters) are warranty of short chop, high compaction and low
oxygen in the bale. The over-sized drive chains ensure durability, longer life, and greater uptime.

PUT MORE CROP IN EVERY BALE
On HT models, just on the back of the pick-up, the feeding system is
characterized by an alternative feed rotor (up to 16 teeth - pitch 2” ¾),
suggested for short and dry hay. The pick-up as standard is equipped
with an hydraulic lifting system.
HTR models, that do not feature a cutting system, have a standard
feed rotor which feeds the baling chamber continuously, increasing the
working speed regardless the windrow size and humidity.
HTC models are equipped with 15 cutter knives positioned in a double
spiral near the rotor for superior cutting quality. Special knives can be
added on the cutter in order to disengage the chopping system.
The FERABOLI UltraCut rotor cutter features 25 knives to produce
short cuts that pay off quickly by higher bale densities, enhanced silage
quality as well as easier and faster bale break-up on the feeding floor.

The Extreme 365 series round baler produces bales 4-ft wide and up to 5¼ -ft tall. The bale diameter
can be adjusted from 1½-ft to 5¼-ft to meet feeding and handling requirements. From the cab, the
driver can also set the bale density from 50 to 210 bar for a minimum weight of 680 lbs. of straw
to 2100 lbs. of green product.

BALING EVERYTHING
In the baling chamber is featured with a special tensioning arms system:
a primary belt tensioner defines the initial geometry of the bale core while the secondary one
automatically compensates for the chain tension. In case of soft-core, the secondary tensioner
reduce the action of the primary one so the pressure exerted in the chamber is absolutely zero.
Thanks to a sensor on the tensioning arms, the driver is always kept in the picture regarding the
current bale diameter.

THE ROTORS THAT GET THE BALE

HTR models, that do not feature a cutting system, have a standard feed rotor which feeds the baling chamber continuously,
increasing the working speed regardless the windrow size and
humidity.
HTC models are equipped with 15 cutter knives positioned in a
double spiral near the rotor for superior cutting quality. Special
knives can be added on the cutter in order to disengage the
chopping system.

Easy maintenance
Extreme 356 series offer fewer heavy-duty drive chains
(1’’¼) automatically tensioned by a double spring system and
lubricated by a centralized lubricating system.
The automatic chain lubrication system benefits from a large
oil tank. All lubrication points are clustered in easy-access
lubrication banks, making service and maintenance less timeconsuming and more convenient.

The extra-wide pick-up (79 or 87 in.) is equipped with hydraulic
lifting system and pins adjustable gauge wheels to set-up the
pick-up at the desired gauge height.
