GRASS HAY STRAW CORN TWINE NET TWINE + NET FEEDER ROTOR CUTTER ROTOR SILAGE PICK-UP AND FEEDING SYSTEMS Pick-up: LT series is characterized by an extra wide pick-up (widths available: 74, 79, and 87 in) with 3 rows of tines to pick up every stem, also in corners and bends. LTC features a 13 blade cutter rotor. As an option, the LT series comes complete with the roller crop press, which condenses the windrow and makes smoother and faster the product flow to the feeding system. PICK-UP WITH FEED ROTO (LT) 4 CUTTER ROTOR (LTC) BALE CHAMBER SIZES The LT round baler series produce bales 4-ft wide and up to 5-ft tall. The bale diameter can be adjusted from 1½ ft to 5 ft meeting feeding and handling requirements. From the cab, clients can also set the pressure of the core, center and outer layer (max 210 bar) according to the hay conditions (humidity). Right behind the pick-up, the LT ECO has an alternative feed rotor with 16 blades (pitch 2 ¾ in.) to boost baler performance. LTC ECO features a 13 knife cutter rotor in a double spiral for superior cutting quality. The special baling chamber with two belt tensioners make bales with different core compression values (from 50 to 210 bar) and diameters (up to 4 ft.). The bale diameter can be adjusted from 1½-ft up to 6-ft meet feeding and handling requirements. The soft core, diameter can be adjust from 0 to 4 ft. The extra-wide pick-up (up to 87 in.) with four different feeding systems (HT: alternative feeder, HTR: feed rotor, HTC, HTU feed cutters) are warranty of short chop, high compaction and low oxygen in the bale. The over-sized drive chains ensure durability, longer life, and greater uptime. 1 ½ ft 16 6 ft PUT MORE CROP IN EVERY BALE On HT models, just on the back of the pick-up, the feeding system is characterized by an alternative feed rotor (up to 16 teeth - pitch 2” ¾), suggested for short and dry hay. The pick-up as standard is equipped with an hydraulic lifting system. HTR models, that do not feature a cutting system, have a standard feed rotor which feeds the baling chamber continuously, increasing the working speed regardless the windrow size and humidity. HTC models are equipped with 15 cutter knives positioned in a double spiral near the rotor for superior cutting quality. Special knives can be added on the cutter in order to disengage the chopping system. From the cab, the driver can also set the bale density from 50 to 210 bar for a minimum weight of 680 lbs. of straw to 2100 lbs. of green product. 24 BALING EVERYTHING In the baling chamber is featured with a special tensioning arms system: a primary belt tensioner defines the initial geometry of the bale core while the secondary one automatically compensates for the chain tension. In case of soft-core, the secondary tensioner reduce the action of the primary one so the pressure exerted in the chamber is absolutely zero. Thanks to a sensor on the tensioning arms, the driver is always kept in the picture regarding the current bale diameter.
