PEST SPRAY SERVICES / AIR FRESHENERS
Dear parents and students,
The Southern Nevada Health District requires that all child care facilities notify parents of any pest
spray services and air fresheners being used in facilities. This is in case a child may be sensitive to
these products.
Miss Marsha’s Mini School does receive pest spray services on a monthly basis. These services are
the types of sprays that would be used in a residence. Services are, of course, taken care of when
school is closed. We do occasionally use air fresheners as well.
Please sign below that you have read and understand the above and return your form to the
preschool in your child's folder at your earliest convenience. Should you have any questions or
concerns please call the school at 702-458-4566.
