We are very excited to have you stay with us in historic Deadwood.
Please take care of this property and leave it in the same condition it
was when you arrived. Please report any problems you find.

We truly hope you enjoy your stay.
Please treat this property like it's your own.
• No smoking
• Please remove shoes
• Keep thermostat between 65° and 72° F
• Close windows and doors when leaving premises
• Do not move furniture
• The property is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and
trash bags. If you run out during your stay, you need to purchase extra supplies.
• This property has air conditioning. Please keep the windows shut if you are
running the A/C unit. It may take a little while to get the place cooled off but don't
put the thermostat below 65° F or you could freeze the unit.
• Pets are not allowed at Pam’s Purple Door.

• Garbage may be placed in the dumpster behind the building.
• Condiments, spices, and food that is left in the cupboards is not supplied
by Pam’s Purple Door. You agree to use them at your own risk.
• Cleaning supplies are provided so please clean up after any spill and messes
that happen during your stay.
• There is no elevator in this building
• Fire exits are clearly marked
• Fire Extinguishers are located in kitchen and hall
• Lock Main Street door on return from street. Main Street Exit is for your
convenience. Only use the vestibule and stairs.
• DO NOT enter the adjoining building. The adjoining property is private
and not owned by APEX 1996LLC.

Check-Out Procedures
Check-in time noon / Check-out time 1 pm
(times are flexible - please check with us)
WE HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR STAY!
Please follow these check-out procedures before leaving:
• Clean up kitchen - wash and put away dishes
• Strip sheets off beds and leave beside the bed
• Put all soiled towels in a separate pile by the washing machine
• Turn heat to low (55° F)
• Make sure all window are closed and locked
• Bag and put garbage in outside receptacles
• Lock exterior doors on your way out
• Put key back in lockbox
• Make sure to report any damages!
• Sign our guest book and have a safe trip home!
• It is not expected but very much appreciated if you start a load of
towels before you leave.
