The University will follow a well-defined self-appraisal
process in order to evaluate the overall performance
of its Faculty members. It intends to achieve optimum
performance in every walk of its functioning and
faculty members are one of the major stake holders in

The faculty members are required to set teaching and
research goals in the beginning of an academic year
in consultation with the Dean. Mid-term and annual
