We applaud Drs. Goldfarb and Wineinger and Mr. Malmgren for their actions; they truly are heroes. We are sincerely grateful for their prompt response and lifesaving action. This also serves as a reminder that everyone should assess how prepared they are for a medical crisis. Below are several items to think about. • Do you know how to administer CPR? • Do you know how to administer basic First Aid? • Do you keep an emergency contact list that includes name(s), number(s), and relationship in your wallet or purse? Could someone assisting you easily find this information? • Do you keep a list of your current medications, including medications to which you are allergic, in your wallet or purse? Could someone assisting you easily find this information? • Do you carry your medical insurance card and the contact information for your primary care doctor in your purse or wallet? Could someone assisting you easily find this information? Innisbrook really is where the people make the difference.
