Staying Healthy Flu Shots at Melmark Benjamin Franklin once said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” In order to prevent illness among the individuals we serve, as well as staff and their families, Melmark launched its annual flu shot awareness campaign. During the past few months, 75% of employees received their flu shot, either here at Melmark or at their personal healthcare provider. Each ‘patient’ was entered into a raffle for some fun prizes.
