STRAIGHT HOSE
VENA SIL 200/VENA SIL 240
Material: Silicone VMQ (Vinyl Methyl Quality).
Textile reinforcement: SIL 200: 3 ply polyester net.
SIL 240: 4 ply polyester net.
Temperature range: -60º to +180ºC.
Standard wall thickness: SIL 200: 4,2mm (+1/-0.5mm).
SIL 240: 5,2mm (+1/-0.5mm).
Length: From 1 to 4m. Can be cut to smaller lengths upon
the request of the customer.
Plain outer and inner appearance. Suitable for use in
straight lengths, with no bending requirements. Can also be
supplied with another type of textile reinforcement
(NOMEX® (1), Glass fibre,…).

Internal material: Silicone FVMQ (Fluor Vinyl Methyl
Quality).
Textile reinforcement: NOMEX® (1).
Temperature range: -60º to + 200ºC (up to 220ºC
for short periods of time).
Standard length: All of our standard or customized
products can be produced with this option.
Coarrugated compensators are available (See table
below)
Application: Specifically used in turbocharger
systems for industrial vehicles, due to its high capacity
to withstand hydrocarbons and/or oil particles in the
cooling pressurised air.
Alternative: This product is also available without
the FVMQ (Fluor Vinyl Methyl Quality) silicone, instead
standard VMQ (Vinyl Methyl Quality) silicone is used.

lengths at the request of the customer.
Plain outer and inner appearance. Suitable for
use in straight lengths, with no bending
requirements.
It is possible to produce any special shaped hose
(e.g. elbow, reducer, etc.) at the request of the
customer.
