Chairman, Majeed Butt’s experience as an engineering
consultant is spread over 36 years of working with various
industrial sectors in Pakistan. His vast experience ranges from
planning to commercial operations, in the field of engineering
and general management of industrial units. His in-depth
knowledge of Asset Management and Energy Audits in various
organizations of Pakistan is a unique exposure which is an asset
for our company. He has worked in government, multinationals
and private organizations which include PIDB, CIRC, Galaxo
Pakistan, Packages Limited and Descon.

Executive Director and Lead Trainer, Dr. Zulfiqar is a PhD in
Psychology and Masters in Public Administration. He has wide
experiences in command, administration, planning, instruction
and trainings. Ever since his retirement, since 15 years he is into
teaching, corporate trainings, corporate consultancy and has
been practicing psychology for various organizations of Pakistan
including the National Institute of Psychology, QAU, Islamabad
& Department of Applied Psychology, Pakistan Army, NIPA, Bank
of Punjab and various universities in Pakistan. He is a practicing
psycho & hypnotherapist and neurolinguistic practitioner, and
he is also a certified Human Resource Consultant with SMEDA.

Sabeeh U Faruqui - Director
Director, Sabeeh U Faruqui has over 23 years of experience in the
field of Contracts, Project Management, Power Generation and
Technical Due Diligence dovetailed with financial aspects. He holds
an MBA from USA and Bachelors in Engineering, from Pakistan. He
is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI,
USA and Certified Director under Code of Corporate Governance,
SECP. His last assignment was with Allied Bank Limited as Industrial
Expert (Power and Energy), where he also worked as a “Lender’s
Engineer”. Prior to Allied Bank, he worked as Director and CEO of
ALTERN ENERGY Ltd (Sister Concern of DESCON Engineering Ltd),
a KSE quoted IPP. He also worked as Chief Operating Officer for
Altern’s subsidiary, Rousch (Pakistan) Power Ltd, a 450 MW
Combined Cycle Power Plant. Mr. Faruqui served as CEO of
INSPECTEST Pvt Ltd. (Sister Concern of DESCON Engineering Ltd),
a Pakistan based Inspection, Testing and Certification Company.

Brig Najam-us-Saqib - Associate
Brig. Najam’s visionary, proactive and reform oriented approach is
a lively addition to the Strategize team. An innovative and versatile
trainer since 1990, Brig. Najam during his military career was
officially graded as a “Distinguished Instructor” by the Pakistan
Army. Enriched with a diverse experience in HRM and
administration for 40 years in managerial and executive positions,
Brig. Najam has played a pivotal role as the MD Administration of
WAPDA, where he undertook trainings and development
