WHAT YOU CAN SEE:

WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE:
ANSWER: Instead of importing a vehicle from China and slapping a catchy name on it, The Beast decided to start with a
vehicle manufactured in Augusta, GA. We use EZGO vehicles. With their 58 years of testing and engineering experience,
they use state-of-the-art technology to build the best electric vehicle on the market. The Beast starts with an EZGO
vehicle that has been leased for a few years and turned back in. We disassemble the vehicle down to the chassis, pressure
wash, clean and paint it. After we have completed this process, we start The Beast Building Process.

THE BEAST BUILDING PROCESS:
First, every Beast gets a new rear differential. We also put new 4-leaf HD rear springs and replace the soft rear hubs with new
Ausco-hardened hubs. Then, we add a 12 HP Heavy Duty motor with a matching 500 amp Alltrax Controller and a 400 amp HD
solenoid. All three of these major components have been pre-calibrated and programmed to work together from the factory.
Then, we install 4 GA HD wiring throughout the vehicle. Next, we install a Pro Charging Systems on-board charger with an
easy-to-use exterior charge plug. We install new 8-volt batteries (the best in the industry) with optional upgrades. With these
options, we install a 48-volt to 12-volt reducer to reduce voltage for the headlights, taillights and accessories.
To give us the ground clearance needed for rugged terrain; a Jake’s 6” Spindle Lift kit is installed. The Beast 48 HD comes standard
with THE BEAST Independent Front Suspension. This is a one-of-a-kind feature built especially for this vehicle. When creating
The Beast 48 HD, we replace all shock-bushings and spring bushings throughout the vehicle for a super quiet ride. We add the
25x10x12 aggressive but smooth riding tires and wheels. After all this is done on every vehicle, we can finish The Beast process….
