These are not approved or official, this is just how I use these words. Nuke, SENuke, SENukeX, SENukeXCr - all the same. Nuke, run, nuke run- When I use nuke as a verb - I mean run nuke one time for one campaign. Campaign - This is for one client or one group of websites working to win one keyword group/cloud. Keyword group/cloud - a common group of keywords we are trying to win.Google will associate all these words as common. Different is different - In my opinion you cannot win unlike keywords with one campaign. For example: I do a lot of work for Real Estate agents. They all want to win "Homes" and "Real Estate." But Google doesn't lump these keyword groups together, so I will need a site optimized for keyword "Homes" and another one for "Real Estate". This would be two different campaigns by my definition. URL - In XinMaster the term URL is for the domains we control, or our sites. When we are taking about SEnuke, URL or URLs are the pages that SEnuke creates. These URLs are new web pages that contain our newly create links. URLs can contain one or more of our links depending on your nuke settings. Wizard - setting up a nuke run with the SEnuke wizard (not the Turbo Wizard). *The XinMaster file import tool uses the wizard. Bot - A Google robot program that searches for new web pages. Called robots (not physical) are programs scanning with internet 24/7 following links looking for good content to take back to Google and "index." They are very smart and have the power to choose which pages pass or fail. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 3 Index/indexed - Added to the searchable Google database. If we create new web pages with our links on them and they are not indexed, they are not going to have any effect on our search results. If Google is ignoring them they might as well not exist. Meaning, we just wasted a lot of time and resources creating worthless links. VPN - Virtual Private Network - a proxy service that redirects your internet through a private network to hide your IP address. Some are better than others, and connection speed is limited. VPS - Virtual Private Server - rented server space - usually has a shared IP address XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 4 Basic SENukeXCr Setup Google's first search algorithm was based on inbound links, and links are still a core element upon which they rank websites. Google will claim otherwise and try to scare the world into believing that link building will get your site blacklisted. However, there are thousands of SEnukeXCr users who make their living pushing sites to the top search result on Google for all manner of keywords. Many SEOs will trash talk SENuke and many who have tried using it and failed, will also proclaim that SENukeXCr doesn't work. See "Why others fail" section below. SENuke is a tool to build links, like any tool, it is up to the operator to use it effectively. Used correctly, SEnukeXCr will improve your rankings and create large amounts of traffic. Set-up incorrectly or used incorrectly it is just a costly waste of time, and can cause potential damage to a website. One of the shortcomings of SEnukeXCr is that it assumes that its user know exactly what needs to be done and it only provides the tools to accomplish that particular job. See the "How to succeed running SEnukeXCr" section below. Webmasters have developed many levels of defense against automated link building. In order to successfully create pages and post links on their sites we need to overcome all of these defensive measures. The first layer of defense webmasters use is the captcha plug-in to stop automated account creation, the second is email verification, the third layer is IP screening, and the fourth is to drop cookies that record previous logins. Google has created algorithms that attempt to identify links created by automated systems. They also maintain lists of sites that have week defensesand are known to host auto created links. Their primary means of defense is to disregard newly created links that fit their algorithms or are hosted on flagged domains. If we go through all the trouble of setting up and running SEnuke, creating new accounts, verifying email addresses, overcoming all the other webmaster defenses, and create pages with our new links and Google doesn't pick them up we have a done a lot of work for nothing. Furthermore, if we create an unbalanced link profile or create too many links pointing to our primary domain, we run the risk of having our site penalized. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 5 Before we can set-up everything in SENukeXCr we need to have all the support services in place and have our hardware set-up correctly. Captcha Solving Most websites want more users and more good content. However, hosting accounts for fake users and posting automated content with our links in them isn't why they are in business, so many Webmasters attempt to keep the automated systems out and the captcha is the first Captcha Input line of defense. You pretty much can't run SENukeXCr without a captcha solving service. We have seen great results using Death By Captcha. They charge 4x more to solve captchas during their night shift. This is the primary reason we suggest running SENuke during their day shift (They are based out of India so for users in the US, this means running SENuke overnight). XinMaster's scheduling system will help you avoid running during the higher rate times. As you become a more experienced nuker you can dig a little deeper into tricks to save more money on captcha solving. Captcha solving is mission critical so choose a service, set a budget and do what you can within that budget. For many SENuke users the captcha budget is the limiting factor to how many campaigns they run. SENukeXCr did a lot of work in 2013 to reduce the use of third party captcha solving. Zont SEO has some great captcha saving information (as a note we default all higher level SEnukeXCr training to ZontSEO). Thoughtful template selection can also lower your captcha expense. Proxies/VPN/IP masking The webmasters second line of defense it to block IP addresses that appear to create multiple accounts. If you run SEnuke on your personal computer most of the sites on the SEnuke list will mark your IP address and you will be blocked in a short time. If you keep running SEnuke without using a proxyor redirecting your IP address SEnuke will not be able to access many sites and your result will be suffer. Please read what ZontSEO has to say about proxies here: http://www.zontseo.com/senuke/advanced-tutorials/proxies-and-vpns/ XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 6 For advanced users and users who can do a lot for themselves, collect a list of proxies and use the SENuke tools. There are settings in the SENuke toolbox to change your IP from the SENuke side. This will require some time, training, and tinkering to make work but will produce the best results. For beginners, the best solution is to find a good IP service or VPN (Virtual Private Network) and use their network. We have always experienced good results with Hide My Ass Pro VPN; however, some users report that their accounts were suspended for running automated routines. Be sure to set your new VPN service to change your IP address every X number of minutes. There are differing opinions on how many minutes is optimal, but common sense suggests allowing enough time for SENuke to run at least one project before changing IP addresses. Something like every 25 to 65 minutes seems to work well. SENuke sometimes has trouble creating and verifying account email address (in the wizard - create new email address and verify) while running a proxy. If you are having trouble with the email page in the wizard, disconnect your proxy or setup all your nuke runs before you connect to your VPN. Choosing the right region is an important setting - we want our IP to look as local as possible, logging into a USA site from Australia to create a profile for a user in the USA looks a little fishy. These IP networks don't have an unlimited number of IP addresses but the ones they do have will look like public access ports and most webmasters will not block them for fear of blocking out legitimate users. This is another must have item, you just can't run SENuke without it. It's also another good reason to use a separate machine. It's just not practical to run all your internet use through a proxy. Article Builder Google says "Content is King" and you need good content to succeed with SENuke. Some users might have an unlimited amount of content. If you are not one of them, you will need an account with Article Builder. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 7 It is completely integrated into SENuke and XinMaster and it works so well there is no reason to not use it. Best Spinner is also operating in the background, as you get more familiar with the system keep digging, there's a lot to learn. Article Builder must have, Best Spinner - must have. Kontent Machine We are working on incorporating the Kontent Machine into XinMaster just like Article Builder. More info when available. CCleaner CCleaner is a great free tool that you should run once a day to clear out your browser memory and your recycle bin. SENuke creates a ton of temp files and they should be dumped frequently. More importantly are the cookies dropped by many of the sites SENuke visits. Webmasters have lost the battle with the captcha and the IP blocking, so their last ditch effort is to catch you using the same machine over and over by dropping a cookie in your browser memory. If you don't clear these out SENuke will not be able to access many sites and again your results suffer. It's a free download and a fast and easy step to improve your performance. Depending on how many runs you do in a 24 hour period you may need to run CCleaner more than once a day. Also - Read in the SENukeXCr forum and on Zont SEO about advanced settings in the SENuke toolbox to clear your cache. The Indexing Project Building links that never get indexed is like throwing time and money down the drain. Google can't stop us from creating links, but they still own the search engine and they certainly can decide what to index and what to ignore. If we stop at just building links, much of our work will be lost because Google will just ignore many of our new links. We need to work these new links over a little bit to make sure we do everything we can to get them into the Google database. Read more about Xindexer further down the guide under Xindexer - What Is It? XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 8 Hardware Setup Most new users start by using their primary computer to run SEnukeXCr. This is perfectly fine and will suit your needs unless you are going to be working more than a handful of campaigns. If you are going to use your primary computer, it's a good idea to only run SENuke during the night and completely shut SENuke down during the day. Because SENuke requires the use of a proxy and captcha solving is 4x more expensive during daytime hours (in the Western world) it makes sense to do all of your nuke runs at night. Your machine can get a lot done from 10 PM to 6 AM and its usually shut down or sleeping during these hours. Schedule all your nuke runs to start after your daily work is over. Shut down all your regular day time software (browsers, email sever, SKYPE, everything). Start up SENuke and your proxy solution or VPN service, run CCleaner, and let SENuke run all night. First thing in the morning, shut down SENuke, disconnect and shut down the proxy, run CCleaner and start your daily routine. The way the SENuke scheduler works is to run one project after the next in the order the template is designed. If you spread your run out over a few days SENuke will run a few projects, wait 24 hours and run a few more depending on how it breaks the template down. If you start a 21 project template spread over three days starting at 10PM, SENuke will run the account creation projects first and the first few projects on the list. 24 hours after the last project finished Nuke will start the next project on the list and run the next few projects. 24 hours later Nuke will start the last batch projects finishing around 2:30. Of course, this is just an example. Some projects are faster than others. The point is that if you launch a run at 10:00 PM one night, the clock will creep forward each night as nuke works its way through the scheduled projects. It's a safe practice to start all your runs in the evening and Nuke will run them back to back throughout the night. If you are running multiple campaigns overlapping, the Nuke scheduler will fit it all together and run one project after the next. If you shut Nuke down in the morning and all the scheduled projects are not complete, SENuke will start working on those projects right where it left off when it is started back up again. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 9 Servers, Virtual Machines and TeamViewer The best SENukeXCr setup is running on a dedicated windows install. You can setup your proxies/VPN and run CCleaner between runs and it doesn't interfere with your regular computer usage. Running with a proxy/VPN cuts your connection speed down significantly and clearing out all your browser history a few times a day makes daily computer work a hassle. If you have a powerful computer you can run VMware or VirtualBox and create one or more virtual machines to isolate SENukeXCr. Running a virtual machine with a stripped down Windows install is a great setup. You can install only the software and services needed to run SENuke and it is easy to manage. Used PC's with enough power to run SENuke are inexpensive and can be setup to be easily managed remotely with programs like TeamViewer. You will have a great setup without a monthly fee and you can run nuke campaigns 24/7 without taking over your personal computer. The only minor hassle is that you might need to connect a keyboard and monitor occasionally to restart the machine. Reach out for more information if you would like some help with your hardware setup: [email protected]. There are also a number of third party providers that will rent you a server that is set-up to run nukes remotely. As your needs grow, you can move from one set-up to the next without too much hassle. SENukeXCr Options Settings SENukeXCr - Options menu - It is essential that every possible setting on all the tabs are set up correctly. SENukeXCr is a complicated software system that is running a very complicated set of tasks. The right set-up combined with the correct nuke data will accomplish your goals. Running it with incorrect settings and/or incorrect data and you are just wasting your time and money. Spend some time reading the SENuke forum and get as far as you can on your own. Once you have your bearings, feel free to reach out for some one-on-one help. I am happy to help all new users get their SENukeXCr options set up correctly. Once you have read this guide – find me on SKYPE at [email protected]. Send me a friend request we can screen share and go through all your settings. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 10 XinMaster - What is it? Once you have everything set to run SEnukeXCr in place and read enough to start putting runs together, it will occur to you that you need some system to organize all your nuke data and manage a complicated schedule. Grand plans are easily conceived but nearly impossible to execute without some kind of system. We need to create variety in our keyword input. We want to run one template after the next.We want to start a new run for one client every other day and every three days for another client. We want to give more weight to one keyword group than another. We need to keep track of what runs we have completed and be reminded which runs are up next... The more layers of complexity you add the more time you will spend just trying to figure out who and what to run than actually setting up new Nuke runs. XinMaster is a database system that helps you manage all your nuke data, create weighted keyword and URL groups, and setup Nuke runs in a fraction of the time. It also helps you manage the difficult problem of what campaign to run with which template starting on which day and running for the right number of days. Nuke Data - URLs, Keywords, TAGs, Most users keep all their URLs, keywords and TAGs in spreadsheets and copy and paste them into either the wizard or the turbo wizard. We now know that we need to create variety in both our URLs and keywords that we nuke. We can do this manually or use a third party weighted spinning tool. One major risk doing this is "input error" when we copy and paste spun data into the wizard. Also copying and pasting data into the wizard is a very time consuming process. We can use the Turbo wizard, but it is pretty limited in setting up customized runs. We can save and duplicate full wizard runs, but that goes against creating variety. Content For those users with content, XinMaster has some great tools that you can use. However, most XinMaster users nuke content from Article Builder (or the Kontent Machine). If you are an advanced user, you might pull an article down and do some customizing to it before pasting it into the wizard. If you use the regular wizard and XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 11 create and spin content as you go building one detailed nuke run can take twenty minutes to an hour to set-up, you also use Article Builder credits every time you push the generate content button. If you use the Turbo Wizard each project pulls new content from article builder and depending on the complexity of the template you can burn through a lot of credits building just one run. XinMaster pulls one new article from article builder (or the Kontent machine) for the entire run, no matter how complex the template. XinMaster spins the articles and formats all the nuke data prior to importing into Senuke. One click of the mouse pulls the articles, spins it, adds your URLs, keywords, and TAGs and then formats it for every project in the selected template. Import Nuke File Improve accuracy, increase variety, and save a lot of time.If you are running nuke with any kind of volume, I know you dread setting up complicated runs. The time it takes to copy and paste your way through the full wizard one time is painful enough to dread the task. Doing it several times each day becomes a real time sump. If there were no other reason to use XinMaster than merely the time it saves settingup nuke runs, then it is worth every penny! XinMaster takes all your data and magically combines it with your content and creates an error free file that imports directly into SENuke. Once the file is imported you just need to page through the wizard checking on things and get and validate new email addresses for each profile and push the Finish button. Run Scheduling This is one of the core functions of XinMaster. If all XinMaster did was to let you know which campaign to run, how many profiles to use, which template to use, how many links per, and how many days to spread the run over, it would be a pretty cool system that would save you time and money. This is a hard task to accomplish with a spreadsheet. It gets a lot harder when you want to assign different priorities to different campaigns, even harder when you have several different over lapping runs going on at any give time. The Run Scheduler is a key factor and once you start using it you will never want to nuke without it. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 12 Client Information This is a limited function in XinMaster at this time. We have included client information in the file structure to help you manage your campaigns and to assign them priority depending on your needs. We may build billing and a CMS systems if there is demand. SERP Tracking & Client Reporting This is also a future XinMaster service. Wouldn't it be nice to send out SEO clients a slick professional monthly report with SERP history and all the vital numbers pertaining to the performance of your service? We may build it if there is demand. The amount of time XinMaster will save you every day is worth the small amount of time you spend upfront getting XinMaster set up. Getting all your data into XinMaster and learning the tools will take you a little time. We have addressed every field in the wizard and the tools might look a little overwhelming, but all of the advanced stuff can be skipped over. Once you have all your data and setting right you will be able to set up ten complex nuke runs in about the same amount of time it takes to set up one run without it. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 13 Xindexer - What is it? Xindexer2 is the service behind the Indexing project in SENukeXCr. A few years back an indexing system to promote our own pages was conceived and built. It was incorporated into SENuke with the SENukeX upgrade. Every user gets 50 URLs a day free with their SEnukeXCr subscription. URL processing beyond that is by subscription depending on the volume of URLs produced by each user. Some advanced and technical users have their own systems index their links. There are several other services out there that run different systems to get links indexed. Running SENukeXCr without an indexing plan is a little like running without a captcha solution or IP masking. It works and you will get results, but not the full potential of each run. Here's what happens when you run SENukeXCr without Xindexer. Keep in mind in order to even operate SENukeXCr you have at minimum the following overhead; nuke license, captcha budget, proxy, Article Builder, hardware, power bill, plus the most important thing, your time setting up the run. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 14 SENukeXCr runs and 1000 new URLs are produced. One of three things are going to happen to these new URLs: 1. A Google Bot finds all the pages quickly and immediately indexes all of them (not likely) 2. A Google Bot never even visits many of them 3. A Google Bot visits many of the pages but does not index them. Some Bot filter may have been triggered or it is programmed to overlook new pages on sites that have been identified as hosting automated links. You just spent time and money creating links that may never even be picked up by Google. A few notes about Xindexer: • Xindexer maintains a huge blog network and pays close attention to bot activity. • We post trending content all day on our blog network and Google bots eat it up. • We place links to your new URLs in our content and the Bots follow those links to your new pages. Here is what happens when you run SEnukeXCr with a Xindexer2 subscription. SenukeXCr runs and 1000 new URLs are produced: 1. All URLs produced attached to the Indexing project get sent to the Xindexer server tagged with your SEnuke email address 2. Xindexer pulls X number of URLs off the new list at midnight GMT and puts them in the queue for the days posts. 3. Over the next 24 hours we place links to all the URLs in the days queue XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 15 4. Google Bots are swarming our sites all day and follow the links to your new URLs 5. The Bots don't have their spam filter on high alert because they are browsing a site known for good content. 6. After posting your URL we place it on hold for 7 days and we post it again 7. We repeat this post and wait process 4 times 8. Over the course or 28 days we post your content 4 times on sites that have confirmed Google Bot activity. 9. By the time Xindexer is done with each URL Google knows about it and if it's not Indexed, there are reasons, other than not having had a chance to pick it up XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 16 The Xindexer2 Dashboard Visit the dashboard at http://xindexer.com/dashboard/ 1. This is where your new URLs enter the system immediately after the index project runs in SenukeXCr. Your new URLs get sent over to the Xindexer server tagged with your SEnukeXCr user email address. We use this tag to keep track of them and to associate them with your account on Xindexer. 2. These are all the URLs that are currently being processed in our system.URLs can spend 28 days here. 3. This list is the result of the work Xindexer does on your new URLs 4. 59% in the red circle - This is our current indexing rate - there are many factors in play - URLs being dead or incorrect - Webmasters deleting XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 17 them between the time Xindexer2 starts and finishes - Google not playing nice - etc... There is speculation about everything that Google does, because they never divulge anything about how they operate. It is highly likely that they now have several levels of indexing. It is impossible to believe that Google has not acknowledged finding URLs after having the bots visit a page with a clear path to them. All we can do is produce correctly formatted links, make sure that Google knows about them and hope that the numbers will be on our side. I think indexing is one of the most important and least talked about steps by all SENukeXCr users. Why spend all the time and money creating new links if Google doesn't even pick them up? Everyone needs to spend some time and energy making sure your new URLs get indexed. There are several good indexing services not connected to SENuke. I think it's a huge pain in the ass to pull all the URLs out and manually enter them into an indexing service to save a few bucks. Xindexer2 is built right into SENuke and the indexing project sends all your URLs right to the Xindexer server for processing. If cost is a problem, let us know and I will come up with a plan that will meet your needs. Use the Indexing Project wisely, it's not an all you can eat buffet. The process Xindexer uses is resource intensive and users should use the indexing project where it will do the most good. Adding the indexing project to everything is a waste of resources and will only ensure that the links that need the most attention get pushed to the bottom of the queue because of sheer volume. If you run all your URLs through Xindexer - your higher quality links might not make the cut because all your crappy Forum Profiles URLs are hogging all your bandwidth. I believe template choice is one of the biggest factors in the indexing equation. Some template designers just add the indexing project to everything. If you like a particular template but notice this problem, you can make some changes to it and save it under a different name. Knowing the projects and the best use of Xindexer will help you decide which templates to run. Read more under Templates. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 18 All users get 50 URLs processed daily for free with their SEnukeXCr license. These URLs are only run once on our network (not four times like premium URLs). Xindexer offers plans to meet every level of production. As of June 1, 2014 we permanently doubled all Xindexer offerings. The interface is different and the entire system assumes that user knows what they want to accomplish and just need the tools to get the job done. SENuke - was built to automate link building. Early users knew exactly what needed to be done and SENuke was built to accomplish that specific goal,"building lots of links." It is up to the user to determine what links need to be built, SENuke just provides a system to serve this purpose. Early users had their own lists of websites that they wanted automated access to and SENuke built a system to log in, create accounts, and publish. Over time SENuke took up the responsibility of finding new sites to post to and created better ways to get in and post data. The SENukeXCr (SENukeX + Crowd Sourcing) update gave users the ability to share lists and templates. SENukeX - big update - new tools more projects but the same multi-window interface.(If the interface works and all the core users like it, why re-invent it.) SENukeXCr - another update - add crowd sourcing and refined some tools interface remains the same. The latest version of SENuke still assumes the user knows what they want to accomplish. They provide the tools and keep the magic up and running, (BTW this is no small task). But it is still up to the user to learn how to use the tools and know how to set runs up correctly to achieve a positive result. Important Notice! Since the launch of SENukeXCr the SENuke community has not really risen to the challenge of crowd sourcing new templates and lists of new sites to use in SENuke. As a result the list of workable sites in SENukeXCr is shrinking instead of growing. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 20 Zont SEO is now the template and site list authority. Subscribe to Zont SEO and use their Spetsnaz Link Tool to update your SEnukeXCr site list. It is easy to use and will ensure that you have the highest number of sites available. Google's automated link build defense system Google is very reactive, SEO's find something that works and they exploit it until Google develops an up-date to counteract that particular weakness. SEO's find another crack in the Google system and they exploit that until Google reacts... This has been going on for a long time. It's a cat and mouse game - SEO's find a hole and exploits it until Google pounces and closes the gap. Google makes a high profile example of a few sites that have pushed the limits too hard and scares the world into not doing X because it is against their user agreement. I could speed talk for a week about this stuff, but in the end we can agree that Google doesn't want us to be able to have any control over their Search Engine Result Pages, and we want to be able to control our SERPs, so we (the mice) need to be smarter than the Cat. We know that Google wants to squash automated link building and punish anyone using it, so we need to use SENukeXCr very wisely. Defense #1 - Link Profile Google maintains a copy of the entire Internet and they have the resources to correlate all that data. It's not very hard for them create an algorithm to identify domains that have a disproportionate number of links. If you run SENuke pointing links directly to your primary domain, you can and will cause more damage than good. Years ago this worked just great but now it is the road to ruin. We still need to build links; we just need to do it on a higher level. We need feeder sites (buffer sites) that point to our primary site. The more layers of feeder sites we have and the higher authority of the domains in that network the better. Ideally, you will already have most of these sites in place - Twitter, Facebook page, Google+ page, Youtube channel, Blogger, Wordpress site, maybe a few other sites where you promote your content. Build links to all these sites and a smaller number to your primary site and you will get the results you are after. You can't XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 21 over nuke a Twitter or a Blogger URL, and all that link juice will flow right through to your primary domain. Defense #2 - Non-Indexed Pages Google turns a blind eye to URLs that their algorithm tags as spam.Their Bots are programmed to overlook anything that looks “phishy.”If they have identified a domain known to allow automated posts (think... every domain that SENuke posts to) the Bot will see the new domain and not take it back to the server for indexing. If Google doesn't index our new links we just spent a lot of time and resources creating links that are not going to get us anywhere. Xindexer2 is build right into SENuke and can index many of your links.Look at your production and get a subscription that is appropriate to your volume. This is not a blatant advertisement for Xindexer... and you shouldn't just run all your URLs through Xindexer. It's not practical to connect the indexing project on every project. Form profiles for example create far too many URLs to justify the cost of indexing with Xindexer. RSS and Pinger -The Social Bookmarks and the Social Network projects both spit out an RSS feed, so you should use the RSS project to index these URLs. Pinger works great to index Press Release and Forum Profile URLs. You can even use one project to index another; the bottom line is that you must work to get all your new URLs indexed one way or another. Bad input = bad output As with any computer program - the saying goes "garbage in - garbage out". With SENukeXCr this is compounded a few thousand times. SENuke is taking your data (URLs, Keywords, content, TAGs) and posting it to thousands of sites. If you set up and run a campaign with bad data SENuke is going to create thousands of broken, dead, and garbage links. When you make setup errors you wasted time and resources. Damage is caused when entering the correct information with the wrong setup. Here are a few examples of what not to do: XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 22 Do not run nuke to one domain address - deep pages are still the same domain http://yoursite.com/deep_page_about_something is still the primary domain Do not use a short keyword list - Nothing looks more spammy that 10k links to one domain with the same handful of keywords Don't run the same template over and over - this creates a nice pattern for Google to see and your results might be negative. Don't run SEnuke without the right set-up: Catcha solving, IP masking, Clear cache. If you do, you will be blocked or most of your new links will be removed by the webmaster, wasting time and resources. The wrong approach Don't make the assumption that because others are having success using SENukeXCr that all you need to do is turn it on and start blasting away. Users getting good results are getting those results because they know what they are doing and use SENukeXCr to increase their production. SENukeXCr is an automated link building tool, it is not turnkey SEO in a box. You need to understand SEO and use the tool to create a great link profile not just a huge number of links. Learn early and make your time and resources count - don't nuke blindly and hope it will work. Get some help to get pointing in the right direction before you spend six months doing it wrong. The wrong approach will give you a negative result and you will be another one of those people who used SENuke and proved that it doesn't work. I think the thousands of people who make a living running SENuke will agree that if you use it wrong, it doesn't work. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 23 How to Succeed running SENukeXCr I have been an SEO and local search expert for several years and have in-depth knowledge of how Google works; however, SEO is a very speculative field and this is only my opinion. I have been using SENuke every day for several years and I was a user when it was still called SENuke. I have been around to see the SENukeX and SENukeXCr upgrades and know more about how it works than all but a handful of users. However, I will defer to Zont SEO for most SENukeXCr training and the real deep stuff. XinMaster was built as an efficiency tool; we do not want to get into SENukeXCr training business. This guide is to give you a good basic understanding of SEnukeXCr and help you get your head around everything that is involved. Start with sound SEO thinking Use SEnukeXCr to push your site to the top. Create everything that Google is looking for and use nuke in place of real people. Google will not be able to distinguish the real thing from what you are doing and your site will rocket to the top like a trending site. Much easier said than done and certainly not as easy as install and push the go button. SEO is a very opinionated field of endeavor. There is the Back Hat world and the White Hat world and a lot of self proclaimed experts everywhere you turn and you don't need a degree in SEO to be successful. Let's take a look at a site that ranks #1 on Google for any particular keyword. This is like the story of the real deal - a website is #1 on Google for X keyword, lets break down why Google put it there. 1. The site is well built and has a lot of good content. The onsite SEO is good and the content is well written and is keyword specific. 2. Whoever is running the site is active on Social Media and is doing a good job promoting their content. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 24 3. The company has a youtube channel and an account on everything Google offers 4. They have a Wordpress blog and a blog on blogger/blogspot and they post regularly 5. They have content on other high PR sites and might even have a few writers who post content for them scattered around the web. Users visit the site and link back to it or one of the supporting sites. 1. Users link to the home page and deep pages of the site with all kinds of keywords, including "click here" "Read about this" (Inferno) 2. Users tweet about it - link to the twitter page 3. Users post on facebook about it 4. Users add the URL to some of their social media sites 5. Users find extra content on the support sites (Wordpress, blogger, etc...) and link to those pages, again with all kinds of keywords 6. Users link to pages on other sites that link to sites that link to the content that link back to the home page. This could be who knows how many sites away??? Google takes all this data and assigns search results according to their current algorithm. The more of this user activity (Buzz) the higher the search results for the page for any given keyword. It's messy and all over the board because it happened organically. People reacting to content and linking it or other related pages and content. It's a complete mess and Google's super computer uses complex models and algorithms to sort it all out. It is these complex models and algorithms that we are trying to beat. I don't think XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 25 "beat" is the right word. We are trying to look as close to the real thing (the organic success story) so Google gives us the same high search result it assigns to sites that fit their model of a trending website for a given keyword. Good Link profile To win a target keyword group, just make it look like the real thing and there is no way the Google machine can tell the difference. We don't have the tools to tweet and post on facebook, but we can do everything else with SEnukeXCr.But before we can start we have to build the real stuff first. We must have at the very least 1,2,3, & 4 from above. And yes... you will need a complete set for every different keyword group you are after. If you are doing local search there are a lot more pieces but the content part is easier. Once we have all of the core built and the website has good content and all the onsite SEO is done to the best of your ability we are almost ready to start nuking. Twitter, Facebook, Blogger, Google+, etc, all need to be correctly set up and in motion. If you add new content to your site you need to promote it. Repost the content to the support blogs and tweet all those pages. You can't just jump to the front of the line without doing this work. SENuke is great at building links, but their needs to be more than just one webpage to link to. 10,000 inbound links to one domain with perfectly formatted keywords is not a winning strategy, in fact that's probably the best way to get deindexed, post Panda. How hard it is for Google to see that you are creating automated links? Build a better foundation. SEO gets harder every day; you can't just build a sales page and get it to rank well. At the bare minimum you will need: 1. A well-built primary site 2. A network of supporting sites, the bigger the network the better -but more work... 3. Blogs - several of them - the more competitive the keyword the more blogs you will need. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 26 4. Twitter 5. Facebook We then need to build links and create buzz for all these sites with a large keyword cloud. Think about what Google is looking for and replicate it. Links to social media sites, blogs and to the primary site. Set-up your SENuke runs to create that kind of a link profile and you will be on the right track. Mix it up Now that we have everything built and are running SEnuke on a regular basis don't be an idiot and run the same setup with the same template over and over. Anything that will create a pattern is easy for Google to pick out. Change your URL groups, mix up your keyword groups and run different templates all the time. XinMaster makes this super easy with the way it schedules your nuke runs. Trending is the new buzzword We don't need 100k links to win - we need a nice steady stream of quality links to win. Running a huge complicated template every few days might create a ton of new URLs but it costs a fortune in captcha and indexing. Brute force is less and less effective and potentially damaging. Why spend the extra money and run the risk of killing your site when running SEnuke smarter costs less and has a longer lasting effect? Quality over quantity. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 27 Checking your output SEnuke is accomplishing a very complicated routine from beginning to end. Any errors can only be detected by looking at the end product. This is a pain in the ass for sure but you should check your output occasionally.Open up SEnukeXCr - open a recently completed run and select the URLs tab. Take a look at the number of URLs each project produced. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 28 Double click a list to open it up. You will get a new window like this: Copy one of the URLs and paste it into a browser Find your link and open it up. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 29 This link is a link to another page created by SENuke. Some templates are set up to build links to links (T2 – T3) you need to follow these links all the way to their intended destination to make sure everything is set up properly. We are looking to see if our keyword looks good and if the link is good.Follow the link all the way to your intended domain. If there are errors you will need to backtrack the problem and make the needed changes. If everything looks good then your set-up is good. Remember to check your results on a regular basis as error have a tendency to creep in unannounced. Templates Which templates to run? There are a lot of differing opinions here. You either need to study all aspects of SEnuke and build your own or trust an expert and use theirs. Just randomly connecting projects and pressing the "GO" button is probably not the smartest course of action. Years ago when quantity ruled over quality, you could run just about anything and get a decent result. Since the last few Google updates I think users need to run Nuke smarter not harder. I don't want to get into a debate about who designs the best templates or start poking holes in templates that others have designed. However, I do believe in letting common sense guide your decisions. If you don't understand a crazy complicated template it's probably not a good idea to spend all your time and XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 30 resources running it over and over again just because you read somewhere that it was the best. Zont SEO is the current SENukeXCr authority. They have the training and great templates and a subscription with them is probably the best money spent on anything SENuke related. Here is a brief outline of all the SEnuke projects. Some of this information is a few years old, but the projects themselves have not changed.I present them in the same order they appear in the Project Linking window in Senuke. Article Directory - No immediate URL output, the template builder doesn't even allow connecting anything to it. These are probably the best links created by SEnuke. http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/4.articleandsocialnukes.pdf Press Release - Very few URLs - I like to use this project to promote the Wiki and Wordpress project links. It looks more natural to promote something with a Press Release and running it promoting new content makes more sense that to just try to point links to a site unless it is a new blog post or something relevant. These are good URLs to run the Indexer project http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/pressrelease%201.pdf Social Bookmarks - No URLs but it produces a nice RSS feed so use the RSS project to promote.Don't attach the indexer to this project as there is no URL output. You can however use it to promote other projects. http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/socialbookmarking.pdf RSS - This is a great tool to promote and draw attention to URLs produced by other projects. It is not an indexing system, but it is supposed to promote content, so use it to promote your Social network and Social Bookmark projects http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/RSSProject.pdf Pinger - Use to promote forum profile project URLs http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/pinger-indexer-toolbox.pdf XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 31 Social Network - 20-30 URLs per profile per run. These URLs are perfectly matched to the RSS project, Xindexeralso works nicely with these URLs. http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/4.articleandsocialnukes.pdf Web 2.0 Profiles - large number or URLs, these are great links and it's a good choice to run the indexing project on all of them. http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/web20profile.pdf Forum Profile - creates a large number of URL and these links are among the lowest quality links SEnuke can produce. If we are using the quantity over quality this is the project to run all day long. This is also the fastest way to get your site in trouble with Google. http://www.senuke.com/videotraining/transcripts/forumprofile.pdf Indexer - All URLs from the attached project get sent the Xindexer server for processing.URLs are tagged with the SEnukeXCr users email address.Every user gets 50 URLs processed a day for free with their nuke license.Users can subscribe to levels of service depending on their daily URL production. This project should be used wisely as it has volume limits. Read more (links to the Xindexer page) PDF - Very few URLs - URLs don't work well with RSS or Pinger so the Indexing project is the only option to get them indexed. Wordpress - produces a small number of URL , these URLs are golden and deserve the full treatment in Xindexer Wiki - Produces a fair number of URLs these URLs don't work well with RSS or Pinger so the Indexing project is the only option for indexing. There is an endless amount of information on the SEnuke forum, Zont SEO, and Inferno about templates. This is an important aspect of running SEnukeXCr.Dig deep enough so you can make informed decision about what templates to run. We have built a set of 16 XinMaster templates - they are available for your use as XinMaster members. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 32 Important notice - Watch the site numbers in SEnukeXCr - some of the projects have diminishing lists and you will need to acquire more sites to use these projects. use the Zont SEO Spetsnaz Link Tool to keep your lists up to date and get the most out of each project. The Numbers Understanding the numbers will help your overall nuke strategy and save you time and money. Numbers - Let's assume we have a template that includes 12 projects. Some projects create a lot of links, some create only a handful of them. For demonstration purposes and to keep the math simple let's say this template creates 100 new URLs. Let's call this "Template12". I haven't done the math but let's also assume that it will cost $0.50 in captcha solving for SENuke to get through Template12 with one profile. New run set-up #1 (Priority) How often we start a new nuke run for a particular campaign. This number must take into account most of the following factors so I will explain after the others.I put it at the top of the list because it is the base number for all of the math. Number of profiles (volume) SENukeXCr allows 1, 2, or 3 profiles per nuke run. This setting will double or triple the outcome of any run. It will also double or triple the captcha solving cost per run. Don't just blindly set-up all your runs with three profiles to get the most links possible for any given run. This is a setting because it is not always smart to mash your foot on the gas pedal and assume that more is better. Setting up a very detailed run with custom content using the full wizard is time consuming and I would select 3 profiles because of the time spent setting the run up. If I use just setting up a run with the turbo wizard and was going to start another run for the same campaign tomorrow I would probably select one profile. Example runs: XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 33 1. We run Template12 with one profile and we get 100 new URLs and spent $0.50 on captcha 2. We run Template12 with two profiles and we get 200 new URLs and spent $1.00 on captcha 3. We run Template12 with three profiles and we get 300 new URLs and spent $1.50 on captcha I like to think of the number of profiles as the volume setting on SENukeXCr. Links per post/article (amplitude) SEnukeXCr allows the user to set this from 1 on up.This can be a global setting on the set-up page in the turbo wizard or on the second page (Common project settings - A) in the wizard. SEnuke will place X number of links into or at the end of each post or page for any given run. This is one of those quality over quantity options. Google is also on guard for spammy looking pages. What do you think a Bot will do when it finds a new article on a site with 4 links on it? Probably tag it as spam and move on. More than 4 links on one article? Spam for sure! We are spending time and money creating links - if they look spammy to a Bot and get skipped over we are spinning our wheels and not getting anywhere. I think the question is between one link per postor two. I can't remember reading anything from any SENuke expert suggesting that we try to include more than two links per anything. So our choice is really down to choosing to add 1 link or 2 per article or post. 2 links look good on a forum or Web 2.0 profile, 1 or 2 links looks good in an article, 1 link looks good at the end of an article, Wiki page or PDF. We want our new URLs to get picked up (indexed) by Google, if one link pages have a greater chance of getting indexed than pages with two links one might by the way to go. However, we need to consider is the cost of that second link. Once we have gotten past the captcha adding one link or two costs the same. Let's do some more math. From the three runs above: XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 34 Run #1 with 1 link per - 100 new URLs spent .50 cents on captcha = 100 new links Run #1 with 2 links per - 100 new URLs spent .50 cents on captcha = 200 new links Run #2 with 1 link per - 200 new URLs and spent $1.00 on captcha = 200 new links Run #2 with 2 links per - 200 new URLs and spent $1.00 on captcha = 400 new links Run #3 with 1 link per - 300 new URLs and spent $1.50 on captcha = 300 new links Run #3 with 2 links per - 300 new URLs and spent $1.50 on captcha = 600 new links I like to think of the number of links per article/post as the amplitude setting on SeNukeXCr. Important notice - links in the Article, Wiki, and Wordpress projects look best if placed in context in the body of the text. This is not something we can accomplish with XinMaster. With a little training you can add these links as you page through the wizard after you import the XinMaster file. Number of Days (frequency) SEnukeXCr is designed to spread submissions out for X number of days. From above Template12 containing 12 projects, assuming the toolbox isn't counted in that number. We can run this template for a few days without any problems. I found a 12 project template (XinMaster #6). XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 35 Some of the more complicated templates are designed to run for 10 - 20 days. XinMaster makes setting runs up fast and simple and the scheduler keeps track of when to run what and which template to use. There are a lot of good theories to running SENuke and I am not going to argue with anyone about templates and days to run... No matter whose Nuke theory you follow, XinMaster will make keeping track of everything a piece of cake, saving you a bundle of time. There is a lot going on in the background with SenukeXCr that we don't see when it comes to templates and project lists. The tool SEnuke uses to build templates is great and gives us a good understanding of what is happening. The wizard builds the run and places all the projects in the order needed to follow the templates mapped out link design. This is no small thing and I think it's a good idea the SEnuke does not show all the gears working. The SEnuke scheduler is built to work its way through projects one at a time as the template is designed. Many templates have projects linking to other projects - the closet links to the money site get run first - then the second level runs linking to the pages built by the last project. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 36 Once the wizard puts it all together you can see the order in the main SEnuke window. Here is the project list for Template12 shown above: SEnuke already knows the order it is going to accomplish this list, and it is not top to bottom if you were wondering... This run was put together with only one profile - if there were two profiles everything would be doubled. If we spread this submission out for 2 days - SEnuke will run 6 of the projects the first night, pause 24 hours and run the last six. If we spread the submission out over 3 days - SEnuke will run the first four projects, pause 24 hours, run the next four, pause 24 hours, run the last four project and be done. Start time There are several things you need to consider with planning your run start times. Most important is the captcha solving penalty. At least with Death ByCaptcha - they charge a 4x premium for captchas solved during their night shift (South East Asia). So for me on the West Coast of the USA I need to start my runs no earlier than 6:30 PM and not run SENuke after 6:30 AM. XinMaster has a great tool for this - just set your time zone and the XinMaster scheduler will prompt you when to start your runs. Next on my list of importance is to stagger my runs so I don't start two runs at the same time. Depending on the power of your machine and your Internet connect you can probably run more than one thing at a time - but I try to avoid it. Assuming I have four runs to set-up to accomplish my daily nuking. I would start one at 6:30 XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 37 PM the next at 8:30PM the third at 10:30 and the forth at 12:30 AM. This gives SEnuke 2 hours to get a few projects done before starting the nest set of projects. This isn't a perfect science but it fits my common sense way of doing business. Running nuke on your primary machine while trying to do other tasks - I talked about this a little earlier in the basic set-up section. It is just not practical to have SENuke running while you are trying to use your computer for anything other than very basic work. The VPN will kill your bandwidth and SENuke will by opening up windows randomly. If you are anywhere in the western world this shouldn't be too difficult to overcome. Just shut down SENuke first thing in the morning. Schedule your runs anytime during the day. Start-up SENuke, run CCleaner, turn on your VPN and let SENuke run all night long. Creep The scheduler works hard to get all the projects done as planned. From watching nuke do its thing for a long time this is my observation as to how the scheduler works. It even breaks is down, right in the projects window. For 3 days = wait/pause for 3 days then start Starting after X project - run after X project... XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 38 Here is a better view of the run order. There is some of the deep stuff that we don't see happening, but a basic understanding helps us get our head around the overall flow of things. Without going too far into the weeds I will attempt to give you a line by line explanation of what SEnuke has to do to get through this list. At 8:30 PM night #1 - SEnuke is going to visit 522 websites and create new user account. Not the easiest thing in the world. Nuke will have to get past captchas to create these new accounts. Then wait a for each site to send a verification email to the new nuke created email address that we validated in the wizard.Nuke has to log into that email account and verify all the membership emails send my all the new sites where it just created a new account.Once SEnuke verifies the emails the new accounts are ready for a post. Without this step the host websites wouldn't allow SEnuke to post anything on their sites. When the Account creation project is complete and the emails are verified it will run the two tool box projects (see where is says "After project Accou...")today's work will be complete, let's say that took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Night #2 at 10:46 PM (8:30 + 2 hours and 15 minutes plus 60 seconds) nuke will start the next project in line - run a few project on the list.Let’s say that it takes a little over an hour - finishing up at 11:00PM. XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 39 Night #3 (we are on start plus two days now) Nuke will start the next project on the list at 11:01 PM and complete a few more of the scheduled projects. Night #4 (starting day plus three days) Nuke will start up 24 hours after completion of the last project on the list. If the entire template would take 5 hours to run straight through, the clock would creep forward 5 hours spread over X number of days. So if you start a five-hour run at 8:30 PM and spread it out over three days - the last project should be complete around 1:30 AM three or four nights later (depending on how nuke handles the first day) Template (Program/Channel) The template you choose has a huge impact on the number of links created and the structure they build. The more projects in the template the more links it will produce. The more layers in a template the deeper those links will be. The simpler the template the fewer number of days it should be spread over. The more complex and the more layers the more days it must be spread over. Zont SEO is the undisputed authority when it comes to SENuke templates. New run set-up #2 (Priority) How often to start Nuke runs, referred to as "Priority" is the base number for all of the above referenced math. This is largely dependent on the Nuke theory that you are using and closely tied to all the other factors. If you are running simple templates over 3-5 days you probably need to start new runs every 3 to 5 days. If you are running complex templates over 15 - 30 days, it will make since to start new runs once a week or even more spread out. Getting your head around all this math is the first step in coming up with the right Nuke plan for your sites. Figuring out a way to manage the schedule you decide on will be a lot easier using XinMaster. Setting your;priority, volume, amplitude, frequency, and channel. Be smart and make it look natural. Let's say we picked up a new client or we just built a new affiliate site. The site wasn't getting any new links on a regular basis last week. Do you think it would look a little odd that all of a sudden out of the blue this sites started getting thousands or new links? Yes it would look odd and we are not XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 40 looking to set off any alarms, we want to look organic. So we need to start off creating a nice steady stream of new links and then slowly turn up the numbers. As time goes by you can crank up all these settings and create as many links as needed to win your keyword ranking. Managing your time and resources I hate spending my time doing time-consuming repetitive work. Setting up a nuke run is one of those time consuming chores I always dreaded doing. Time It takes forever to copy and paste everything into all the fields, get new email address and verify them for each profile. If I have a handful of runs to set up I know that I am in for an hour of pain. What's even worse is that I know that I will have that same hour of pain every time that I need to set up more nuke runs. With XinMaster - I spent some time setting up each campaign, but the trade-off is that I can set up very complicated nuke runs in just a few minutes. That hour of pain is reduced to about 15 minutes. Over time that adds up to a ton of time saved. I enjoy reading SENuke training material and I am consistently amazed at how deep some users can go into the details. I am a believer in many of the nuke theories that I have read and studied. However, just because I believe that such plans are the best thing ever thought up, I can't even begin to implement many of them. I have several different sites that I am working on. I have my own stuff, some work for clients; I'm always starting new campaigns and ending old ones. To try to put something super complicated together and actually execute over a long period of time is easier said (or read) than done. I used to use a spreadsheet to keep track of when to start a nuke run for each campaign. I also needed to track how many profiles to use, how many days to spread the run over, and which template I needed to use next. This is a workable system, but it adds one more task to the run setup pain described above. Also after I read Inferno I wanted to ramp up my run planning but with the volume of campaigns I was running this became a management nightmare. Furthermore, I XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 41 don't need/want to nuke every campaign at the same level. Remember our five nuke settings from the numbers section? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Start new runs (Priority) Number of profiles (volume) Links per post/article (amplitude) Number of Days (frequency) Template (Program/Channel) We have 4 different setting to keep track of plus all the other moving parts running SEnuke requires. We can't spend all day everyday just thinking about our SENuke work! We are using SENuke to improve our website rankings - running SENuke should not be a full time job, it needs to be something that we can do effectively in as little time as possible. I also don't want to spend a thousand hours figuring out how to use it. XinMaster was built to solve this mess. You can use anyone's SENuke theory. You can study materials from any of the SENuke experts. You can use the information in this guide to set everything up. If you are already an advanced SENuke user, you can set it up to do exactly what you want. It's a tool to use SENuke better, faster, and more effectively. You can set-up each campaign to run at different levels and XinMaster will keep it all straight and let you know what need to be started each day. You can make changes to anything anytime. You can set up a full wizard nuke run in about 5 minutes instead of 25 minutes. Resources If we are running SEnukeXCr, we have some built in overhead. Our nuke license, the hardware we are running it on, our internet connection, and a VPN service (or some kind of Proxy solution). These are pretty much fixed expenses, we can run nuke all day or once a month and these costs will be about the same. When I speak of resources I am talking about the other nuke operating expenses: Captcha, Article builder and Indexing. The cost of these services directly tied to the volume we run XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 42 SEnuke and the way we choose to run it.XinMaster can save your money on all three of these operating expenses as follows: Captcha - XinMaster can significantly lower the users captcha costs by setting up each campaign to nuke at the right level and through better understanding, strategy, and scheduling tools; setting the right frequency. Article Builder - there are four ways to use article builder with Senuke. 1. Use the Turbo wizard - SEnuke will pull a new article for each project in the template that needs content, this is convenient but burns a lot of credits. 2. Use the full wizard - manually select content for each project as you see fit.Uses fewer credits than the turbo wizard, but still uses credits every time you pull new content. 3. Pull one article from Article Builder, create a text file with the article, copy and paste it into each project and spin it in the project window. This uses the fewest number of credits, but is time consuming. 4. Use XinMaster to create your nuke run.XinMaster pulls one article, spins it and formats it for each project in the template. The links are perfectly formed and you use the lease number of credits possible to set-up each run. Indexing - XinMaster will save you money indexing by: 1. Offering XinMaster users discounts on all Xindexer2 plans 2. Offering users bonus credits to blow out their back log (as needed& upon request) 3. Helping users understand the indexing project better and advising on more productive use XinMaster SENukeXCr Fast Start 43 4. Scheduling system that better manages the amount of URLs being created for each campaign The Bottom Line XinMaster is free to try for one campaign, if you need more than one campaign to test it out, just ask and we will set you up. No matter how you use SENuke XinMaster will help you save time and money. Time XinMaster will save you so much time that you will never want to set-upanSEnuke run without it again. Money XinMaster can save you $49 a month on your Captcha costs alone with the scheduler to manage your run priority.
