Flow Salonspa is a full service
AVEDA concepts salon which
offers a wide range of salon services
for both men and women including:
precision haircuts, modern styling,
hair coloring, conditioning, lash
extensions, and bridal hair and
makeup. Our experienced salon
technicians have all graduated
from specialized training at Aveda’s
education center and strive for
excellence in all aspects of hair
care and beauty. In addition, Flow
provides continuing education
through AVEDA for all technicians
in order to understand current
trends and cutting edge techniques
and styles. Along with the technical
expertise of our professionally
trained AVEDA stylists, Flow cares
for your hair with signature AVEDA
products which are used in all our
salon services to help one develop
and highlight their own natural
assets. The Flow goal is to exceed all

Some treatments are not suitable for those with certain
medical conditions or expectant mothers. It is therefore
necessary to complete a health questionnaire upon your first
visit to the spa. Please communicate any conditions you
may have at time of booking so that we can advise on which
treatments will be most suitable for you. If, however, you wish to
discuss this confidentially, please request a private consultation
with a therapist.
Bronze Biologic Tanning System
An all natural spray on tan. Our tanning solution
does not contain any toxic chemicals, additives,
dyes, or harmful ingredients. Bronze biologics premiere tanning solution uses only the finest ingredients available to produce a safe, all natural looking
tan utilizing beet and cane sugar extract. Results last
7-10 days. We recommend to exfoliate before and
wear no perfumes, deodorants or oils.

How to Salonspa
Booking
Please call in advance to reserve your preferred appointment
and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.
Cancellations
Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy as this gives
us a chance to accommodate other clients currently on our
waiting list. Missed appointments for services of an hour or
longer will incurr a charge of 50% of those services upon the
next visit to Flow. Appointment cancellations or rescheduling
must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time to
avoid this charge.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your Spa appointment to
allow yourself time to unwind before your treatment. We feel
it is important to offer guests a reliable schedule, therefore
treatment times cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Mobile Telephones
To ensure peace and tranquility for all guests, we ask that
your mobile telephone be switched off or to vibrate while in
the Salonspa area.

Children
We strive to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all of our
clients. Children are not permitted in the salonspa unless
your child has an appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated but are always at our guests’
discretion. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well
done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the
front desk when you check out.
Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit cards.
